My son and I visited this place on Friday, and we had a pleasant time. We were ready for some golf. We got there and were guided correctly on how to play and all instructions needed to make it to our adventure. My son quickly became a fan of it. He started becoming competitive. We missed a few shots here and there, then the ball fell in the small river, and we spent a few minutes looking for it. Until we saw it almost next to the hole. -_- That whole experience was funny. We cant wait to be back during better weather. I need a rematch!

Just puttering around here at Palmetto Mini Golf!

Like every other mini golf I've even played at, they have quite a few standard very basic flat-bladed dual-option left or right-handed golf putters in various lengths and various colored golf balls along with scorecards and pencils that are available and included in the prices for you to use on the course. However if you would prefer to use your personal putter and/or balls on the course you're welcome to do so to possibly enhance your game play next time on a regular golf course. If you're looking for a wild and wacky and crazy mini golf experience this won't meet those expectations. It's basically like a regular kind of golf course just a miniature. They do have some obstacles of rocks or waterways and even one slide with water and one of the loop to consider taking from the tee to the hole. We've gotten a few hole in ones but they are fairly challenging and they do have a cave with a nice waterfall and some pretty views if you're interested in the whole selfie or photo experience as well ball playing. If you just come expecting to have some fun and play a game of golf miniaturized and tweaked a little you'll probably have fun with you and or your little ones. Me, I'm over 50 with a Peter Pan personality who will never "grow-up, and my friends, family and I highly recommend this course for the price, quality of the course and enjoyment level. We've been here a few times the past few months and it was always very enjoyable. Fyi, They have a normal golf pro shop, and bar and grill here for refreshments before or after. They also have a standard practice putting green that's free to use right next to the mini golf, if you want to "get your eye in first" and then a true golf driving range as well as the municipal course on the same site at extra fees.

Dear Palmetto Bay Golf Course, I really had a good time here. It was a beautiful Friday afternoon, the weather was just perfect, and the sun wasn't blazing too bad, so we decided we would try our hand at mini-golf. My love also brought his clubs along, for a little driving-range action after the fun, and there is a rack at the front to store them. We went inside the Pro Shop and paid for our round of mini-golf, and then headed to the course. I didn't realize how large it actually was, because upon first glance I figured there were just a few holes. However, I was mistaken, as you have a full 18-hole mini-golf course. Score! And so, it began. The afternoon of fun, cursing, lost balls (oops, it went in the water again), and a great time! The only thing I regretted was not having gone inside to grab a beer first. But we still made our way through the course, every once in a while catching a glimpse of some other mini-golfers. The holes are fun and challenging and some of them are quite creative. The landscaping is pretty nice, although I noticed it could really use some TLC. There were weeds in the planters, and the fountains were all out of order, so each of the ponds looked more like science fair experiments than anything else. Event he natural lily pads looked like they were housing their share of tadpoles underneath. However, it was still peaceful and charming. It took us about an hour to complete the course, and I have to admit, we kept a ball as a souvenir. :) When we finished, my love and I hit the driving range, where I made a complete fool of myself, but had a blast. By then I had already grabbed myself a beer, so I just drank my insecurities away. The sun was setting and it was just a perfect way to spend an autumn afternoon. Looking forward to returning to hit some more balls. Maybe even join the mini-golf league. I got pretty good by the end! See you soon, SabrinaAnna*

Had a great time mini golfing today. Notes: kids 3 and under don't pay. Players get 10% at sports grill found on property At first I though that 18 wholes would go by too quickly, but it took us a bit over an hour (two adults and a 4 year old) to finish. The staff who rung us up was friendly. We basically paid $14 for the two adults since we used the Yelp coupon (one free round with paid round, meaning toddler was free). The course itself was set up pretty good, many of them were straight forward, but others had a few twists and turns which made it fun. I liked that there were a few fountains and a water fall. We went on a cloudy day, since I don't deal well with sun/heat-- today was perfect. What would have made this a 5 star? More vegetation- some of the areas were missing vegetation, which left us facing the parking lot-- messed up the experience a bit. Staff- At one point my ball landed in the man made lake, we tried to get it out with no luck. I made my way to the front to get another, and could not, as the person who distributes the clubs and balls had already left with all equipment, so I had to finish my game by sharing the ball with toddler. Advice? Take an extra ball with you, just in case. Will be back, since we found it to be affordable, and pretty fun.

For some reason my hubby to be and me have this little rivalry going with miniature golf. Ever since they closed the mini golf place in Naranja we've had to limit mini golf to occassions for trips far from home. Recently we came upon this little place and of course, there's a tie to be broken so we had to come out here and hash out our little competition. Considering what we're accustomed to, pirate themes, and multiple game specials, I would say this is a great place to get your practice on. There are no windmills, nothing spectacular outside of getting the ball into a tube. It's just putt-putt, with frustrating obstacles. The one thing that annoyed me to no end was at the end of each hole they hadn't walled up the exit. So if your ball had too much momentum, it would just leave and go to the next hole. Because of this, I had a lot of "redo" moments so I couldn't verily constitute a win on this course. For what you pay, I would love to keep going out there and getting better. Hopefully they'll never realize how cheap they are and the prices will remain at 7 bucks a game. There's 18 holes and your ball doesn't disappear at the last hole so you're fully responsible for getting everything back to them. If you're playing in groups it might take an hour to play. If you're playing a couples game like we usually do, it might take a half hour. So make time for dinner afterwards. Parking is shared with the Park and Ride so make sure you park in the right spot. I would say that it's a great spot for kids, but it doesn't have all the pizazz and awe that most locations cater for kids. Sure there's a waterfall but it's just that. Kids might get a little frustrated with the game. So maybe you want to ease your kids into this place

My boyfriend loves golf and he brought me here for the first time to teach me how to play mini golf. Great value for the course. I really enjoyed the experience.

We were on vacation and looking for a place to play mini golf for the family and came across this place. We drove 20 minutes from our hotel, which was not a problem. It was the way we were treated that was the problem. They have golf course rules that did not appear to apply to mini golf but after we had ALL gone inside to pay and pick up our clubs, we were heading to the first hole, and what appeared to be the manager came running out exclaiming that our Chinese foreign exchange student wasn't allowed to wear a tank top and had to go in and pay $1 to wear a sleeved shirt. While our daughter who was in spaghetti straps was not told to. Even asked if we had more clothes in the car (WHAT!). Not only that while he was walking away, he loudly stated (while pointing to a sign that is clearly for the main golf course NOT mini golf) "right here Rule #2 ... no sleeveless shirts." Ridiculous. Made our exchange student feel incredibly uncomfortable. Mini golf should be a fun, family sport. No one was even there. Happy thanksgiving.

I had made a list of things/activities for us to do while she was here and I put Xtreme Action Park on the list. Honestly, I did not think anyone would want to go. But, we woke up one day and decided to just hop over there because it wasn't far from our house. It was around noon on a Wednesday and we almost had the place all to ourselves! When we walked in, we were astonished at how huge this place was! It has indoor go kart racing and I'm not talking the slow, kiddie ones either! These go karts went very fast and it was a very large and curvy track. They also had a huge skating rink, an entire 18 hole, miniature golf room, a huge trampoline room, an obstacle course that hung from the ceiling, virtual reality games and experiences, a ton of standard arcade games as well as a restaurant and bar. (they had so much that I'm probably forgetting something important!) We had the time of our lives! We killed zombies and road motorcycles and battled pirates, laughing, screaming, and yelling the entire time like three little kids. We stopped for a while and went to the bar and ordered nachos and Mojitos. The nachos were delicious (they were actually the best nachos I ever had! ) and they made a special Mojito that was also very good. After we ate and had a couple of drinks, we went back to playing arcade games. Before we got a chance to even do anything else we realized we had been there for five hours! By the time we left, it was getting very busy and we were exhausted but on top of the world. We had so much fun running around that place, each of us addicted to a different arcade game. We left with credits still on our cards so I am going back soon. Regardless of how old you are, put this on your list of things you want to check out because I promise, you won't regret it.

The courses were super cute, really fun theming and high effort decoration. The actual mini golf itself was a little bland; every hole we went to was Par 2 and had at most one interesting feature, many were just a straight shot with an incline. The food was surprisingly pretty good, the guacamole in particular was a standout. The drinks were alright, I got an espresso martini and the "Drop Me Off in Wynwood". Definitely didn't regret either but I feel like there's at least one higher level in quality they could get to. Speaking of dropping me off on Wynwood, parking was a situation for everyone who drove from our party, the nearby lot was over 50 bucks and double charged one of our party. I was lucky and found a street spot (but only had a 2 hour limit), probably should have just gotten a Lyft or taken the bus. Noise levels were totally fine; we were there at open on a weekend day so it was pretty dead at the time, surely very different vibe at night. All in all a great experience, definitely recommend for anybody looking for a chill way to spend an afternoon with a group.
