The report did not state any visible signs of mold, there were no photos and they did not conduct indoor and outdoor air samples -standard practice with honest companies. They did however state that I could file with my insurance company and get a new kitchen. CAUTION: if you have a mold concern do not use a company that does the testing and remediation, it is a conflict of interest. Don't let the word 'mold' scare you, that is their intent, there is mold in every home and most are common molds that we breathe in everyday and are not toxic.

Unfortunately I was both during mine. From the initial sales meeting with Pam Jennings to conversations with the sales manager Chris Piazza were nothing but half promises that never came to be to get a signature on a piece of paper. Our builder, David Livingston was not only less than skilled in building experience he actually flooded our house 10 days from closing and that's just a small portion of the frustrations we had to deal with him. Rutledge Vaughn, the production manager seemed to not engage with our needs and concerns nor his builders shortcomings. I believe we should come together and make Mungo, who is now under the parent company of Clayton homes, make sure that any future homebuyers get a better experience than we did! Absolutely ZERO customer service skills when…read moredealing with me, the homeowner. 2 things, 1 nail pop in the exact same place that they fixed 5 months after they fixed it - called in today only to be told you signed off on the repair, and I shouldn't have signed off on it if it wasn't done right...ya, and I'm a Carpenter by trade....NOT! So how would I know the correct way to repair nail pops?? 2nd issue- dryer vent restriction error on my dryer. Okay, I pay someone to clean out the dryer exhaust vent only to get the same error message. Must be the new dryer, which is 1 year old? Okay. I purchased another brand new dryer...1st load same restricted vent error code!! Now out about $1,200.00 dollars trying to resolve the dryer vent issue. Warranty manager says sorry - you're out of warranty. So if something is wrong inside the wall with the dryer venting system, it's on my dime?? Call Fogel, but they may charge you??? 1st of all, it is highly not recommended to vent a dryer through the roof!! I'm trying to find out if it's even to code. I am one person who does roughly 2 loads of laundry a week. 17 years in my previous home and never had an issue like this. After 1 year, this should not be happening. It's a shame what you pay for a new home & when you call for help, you get a punch in the forehead with ZERO empathy or even the slightest inclination that they care or want to help! Have been an advocate of Mungo, even referred people to them... but the way I was just spoken to was unbelievable! Not saying give away the farm, but at least try to help! If I need to contact them again, it won't be me. It will be through legal counsel. A happy customer tells 5 to 10 people about their experience. An unhappy customer tells thousands!!
