Two technicians arrived right on time, and hit the ground running. A quick check from inside the rv of the power to the unit confirmed that the motor had indeed frozen up. Within minutes they were up on the roof with a new motor that they had brought with them. After about 30 minutes or less, they were down and checking that everything was running well and that the unit was cooling As it should. They were both very professional and made sure that all was well before they left. Also when we received it back the faucet was stripped and leaked from the top. That wasn't an issue prior. We had to buy a new faucet. Asked them to at least install the new one for us. They got defensive and said they didn't do it. They also replaced our awning. There are shoe prints where they had to of walked all over it. Shame on us but took it back for a reseal. They only do half the camper for the quoted price? Done. Definitely not using again.

Like many…read moreothers we have had nothing but BS from this organization. bought the extended everything warranty- which covers NOTHING- oh wait they did change a flat tire once...but every other time we needed any assistance, it was not covered and was out of pocket . so we cancelled warranty...3 months AGO, STILL NOT PROCESSED. we submitted a reimbursement request for them sending a tech to fix the slide-who flat out stated they were not allowed to work on slides...claimed our vin was not registered. um, ??? we have called them 7 times and they addressed issues 7 times... why now all of a sudden....when i file following their processes...they cant find me or my camper in their systems... to be fair, BC sold the warranty, not sure if they own or are part of the RV Complete org. trying to get resolution to issues is impossible. cant get a phone call. barely get a response via email. Never recommending this company to anyone, not even my least favorite person!!!
