The asked questions about my project to advise me on the best materials to purchase (even things they don't sell) and allowed me a few days to leave the boards there until my contractor was able to pick them up. I would give 5 stars for their knowledge and customer service alone, but I gave 4 ONLY because the cost was was about $200 more than it would have cost me to purchase 16ft boards at Lowe's. It was still worth it and I will go back for shiplap. Can't put a price on great customer service and excellent knowledge.

It took three weeks for the tile to get here. Creative tile told us they would deliver the tile for $75 then one of their employees called and said they had changed their mind they did not have the ability to deliver the tile. I had a brief conversation without employee young lady a millennial clearly. I asked her how that was my problem that they're truck was as she put it not the best in the world. She hung up on me called me back from her personal phone. A cell phone from Myrtle Beach and told me I was a fucking asshole for B rating her! Today I am picking up the tile. It was not stored in a dry location the boxes are wet and moldy. I have been a contractor for 47 years I have never had an experience with any store this bad.
