Shirl is also very responsive and I knew I was leaving my dress in great hands. Since Shirl started making her own dresses before she started altering them, she really understands how to adjust a dress in the most flattering way possible, and is a true expert at what she does. Sammie was so friendly and professional and pinned everything to make sure I would be ok with the new length of the dress. Additionally, she noticed something in the back of the dress that she could alter to make it look even better on me. When I went to pick up the finished dress, I was completely floored. She agreed I could pick up on a confirmed date and time a few weeks later. When I arrived it was barely worked on. She is completely disorganized with pins on the floor by the way which is a safety hazard. I had to come back 1-2 hours later so she can fix it. Complete waste of time and unprofessional. I did not recommend her to any friends or family- there are other tailors in the area that are more professional, timely and offer affordable prices
