I've had 2 tire blow outs recently. Back to back, love that for me. The first time I had a difficult time finding the Goodyear tire I wanted, I called several tire shops they were out of stock, back ordered and had inflated pricing. I understand the rising costs of things but overall I grew frustrated. We had two trailer tires that urgently needed replacing and the fine Farriers at Tire Pro fixed us up in a matter of minutes at a more than fair price. Based on my previous experience, I tried to order tires from here since Firestone couldn't manage the task. Called them on Friday after having trouble w/ Firestone. I'm told that they have to make some calls to check for availability. After a couple of hours, no response, so I call back. I joke "I think no one wants to sell me tires today." I called the day prior and asked for a specific tire with a specific speed rating. I was given a call the next day to see the tires had arrived. When I arrived at the shop I realized that the tires had the incorrect speed rating and was told by the service representative that that was the only one available. I decided to have the tires installed. Great prices, Great customer service and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I will be coming here for my future tire needs. Update: I bought my two front tires from this company 1/8/2018. At the time I was advised that my back tires needed to be replaced as well as the front. I was told by Mario multiple times but I didn't listen. Big mistake on my part! That night driving home my car spun out on 99 almost hitting a Car and Semi. Thankfully i didn't get hurt or anyone else. After running over something on the road that caused my tire to go flat I called Tire Pros for a tire. When I dropped it off I was ready to take a minor financial hit because of this unfortunate event. They called me and recommend they try repairing it first which they did and only costed me $20. Found them while ordering tires from TireRack.com. I called to ask about the cost of an alignment, and mentioned TireRack to see how they'd respond. To my surprise, the person on the phone (Mike) was VERY friendly and quoted me without hesitation. Once my tires arrived, they called to let me know I could come in any time and get them installed. I asked my wife to give them a call to let them know we'd be coming in soon, and she was also surprised at how polite and friendly they were! The great service didn't end with the phone. The people we met in the shop were also very friendly and professional and they had our car on the lift before we'd even finished the paperwork. The tires were installed lightning fast, the alignment was then done quickly and the car drives great again! On a side note... I used the restroom when I was there and was very surprised to find it quite clean and well stocked! Also, while waiting in the lobby I heard one of the employees explaining to a customer over the phone that they'd made a mistake and replaced the parts on the wrong side of the car (accepting full responsibility), and telling the customer that they would be doing the work on both sides of the car as a result without any additional charge. No arguments or lawyers, just honest customer service and super fast work! Bottom line, I will come back here any time without hesitation and I highly recommend these guys! read more

Every time I get my car checked here, the people are very sweet and my car runs very well afterwards(then I run it to the ground and the cycle continues...)! Today Wally helped me out with my car and got all the repairs and check up I needed. My car needed some work (read: a TON) and he each very nice and explained EACH and every charge and justified everything. I really appreciated that type of service.
