This resulted in my having to come back later. This is not my biggest complaint. I just received a bill from them about maybe two weeks ago. I was looking into why I received the bill and after logging into my insurance I understood it was for the balance after my insurance had paid and I promptly paid the bill. A few days later I received a notice from a collection agency for the payment. Do not do business with these people. I have an 830 point credit score and promptly pay all my bills on time. I went to the ER at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital. They lie as well -- the ER does not do hemorrhoidectomy surgery. Wellstar Kennestone Hospital will keep you waiting for days for nothing and bill you $1500 for that pleasure. Had to arrange appointment on MLK day for surgery with Piedmont Healthcare the following day. Lesson learned: do not go to Digestive Healthcare of Georgia and do not go to Wellstar Kennestone Hospital.
