Too long in some cases, it needed a lot of wood and stucco repair. Hearing how great That 1 Painter was, we gave Bill a call. What can I say. The entire experience was exceptional. During the first walk around, we felt confident in what would be done. And there was a lot to do. His team did an outstanding job. They knew what they were doing and it showed. The tape jobs alone, having to put it up, paint around it, and then cover the new paint to paint the next section (we had three different colors applied) happened so smoothly. It was like watching a dance. Every detail, from start to finish, including cleaning up, was perfect. And speaking of color! Bill sent Julie of JC Color and Design to help pick new colors. I wanted a subtle update. A facial, not a facelift. Colors that would look like they'd always been there, but brand new. Perfection. Absolute perfection. Julie knew exactly what I was seeing in my head, only better. She recommended the 3rd color, a deep brown for the trim and the two sets of patio doors, the latter having been white. What a difference. They're no longer just there, they're eye catchers. Best of all, if it could be any better, which it can, Bill has amazing connections. I received several quotes, I really liked the explanation from this organization and the price was…read morenot the most expensive but definitely not cheap. I paid extra for higher quality paint. When they painted my house they didn't use the paint that I paid extra for. I came home to see all of the gallons were the wrong tier of paint. I took a picture and brought it up to the owner he said sorry about that we'll fix that tomorrow. They were already 90% done at this point so the remaining 10% was painted in the better paint I requested. When I paid them I took off the extra money for the additional charge because they didn't use that and the owner was not happy and acted like I was gipping him. So we paid the additional money even though they didn't deserve it. Instead I'd like to leave this review. They didn't do what they said they were going to do. The prep work was piss poor. One coat where you could still see the original color, they didn't patch or fix any of the areas. Overall if you are looking for shady business and half assed work. Update: Re the owners response, I reviewed my paperwork and they 100% did my project. Hope this helps.
