We needed to be at Rose Marins on Marco Island at 6:30 AM from Naples to catch the Key West Express. We had 2 different pick-up locations in Naples, they did a fantastic job getting us there on time! Had a little snafu on the return trip, had to wait for about an hour because of their communication issues before we were picked up. Overall still would recommend their service! read more

Grabbed a ride with my friend using this taxi company while in Naples on a recent quick trip. We were also on business and didnt want to rely on Uber and really didnt want the expense of renting our own car for the 2.5 days we were here. We chose to rent bikes and use taxis for anything else we needed. The weather is great this time of year and getting some fresh air really felt rejuvenating. Taxi Pam had a simple Mention Yelp discount that we used. Great way to save a few bucks! The car was clean, AC was cold and the driver was very nice and courteous. Once, I had an issue with my car and was stuck at Walmart in Naples. I had to be in Fort Myers to clean one of my rentals. I was in panic. I googled and Pam Taxi was number one on the reviews. I called, 10 min later a driver, a guy from Heidi showed up and drove me to where I needed to be. I felt like I was back in NY city, for he was on TOP of the line skillful driver. I felt safe and I knew I will be where I needed to be on time! He was smiling. I wished I remembered his name. Another time, I finished my work early in Fort Myers Beach and just wanted to go home . . . Serge showed up 30 min later in a fancy car. He was very intelligent, respectful and fun to ride with. I called this taxi service because of the positive reviews. Also because everyone I know uses Uber and I thought I would give the local company a try. Sorry to say, the only thing positive was the driver. He was a gentleman. I called at 1:10 pm. At 1:30 pm, no taxi arrived. I called and he said he was 4 minutes away. That he was. When I arrived home , approximately 6.9 miles , and 46 minutes later, the fare was 25.00. Adding insult to injury, as I waited, a competitor drove by and said, "oh, you are still waiting, sit there, he isn't going to show up. " Another cab appeared with the words "taxiwoman " on the door, she was outright rude and obnoxious. So much for trying to give the local companies a fair chance. Never again!! Uber or Lyft are your best bests. Have never had a problem. read more

Serge picked us up at the airport and brought us back again when we left visiting my inlaws. He was on-time, with a smile he helped with our suitcases and the car was immaculate and perfectly cool for the summer Florida heat. Also, on the way to our visit, Serge was appropriately friendly and engaging. Upon our returning to the airport, again, Serge was appropriately quite and respectful that we had phone calls to make and we were tired. Landing at the Fort Meyers (RSW) FL airport at 11:50 PM after a 9-hour flight, (including an entire flight re-schedule at my initial check-in on the West Coast) meant that I needed an airport shuttle service that would be able to keep in touch, track the change in schedule, be waiting at the airport, and be able to safely and quickly get me to my destination in Naples. Taxi Pam did all that with flying colors, and more! The booking and all communication was prompt, courteous and clear. The price was very reasonable ($50 for basic van taxi). Payment by card at the destination was seamless with no extras or hidden fees. The ride was comfortable and very clean, and the trip direct and quick. Great overall service! Thank you Serge! I scheduled a pick-up for my parents to take them to a special dinner I had arranged. I requested a town car, and explained that it was a special evening and that I was interested in something upgraded from a regular taxi service. The person that I spoke to that day when I scheduled the pick-up was very nice. However, the driver ended up showing up one day early. That was not a problem and I told the driver that he had the wrong pick-up date and that I needed the service for the following evening, for the same time. The next evening nobody came for the pick-up. When I called to see what had happened, I spoke with John. John was incredibly rude. I tried to explain my problem to John, however, he kept cutting me off mid-sentence. When I would try to cut back in to finish explaining my issue he would raise his voice and try to talk over me and eventually hang up the phone on me. This happened three times. I called back a fourth time and told John that he no longer needed to look into my problem because I was not going to use this service due to the rude treatment I received, to which he hung up on me again. read more

Then she takes me a long way to my destination even after I told her how to get their, she had no clue of the city! The back seat even reclined a little so I could get in a little nap after chatting with Serge. He's a careful driver too. Don't think twice about a different taxi out of Naples. Just pick up the phone and see if Serge is available. If not, I would think a different driver would also be nice and on time too. NEVER USE THIS SERVICE. Horrible Horrible experience. Called to book a car for a friend days in advance. I was never provided any confirmation. I called multiple times leading up to get some form of confirmation via email/text and was told "give me an hour and I will send" - barely speaks English and come to the night a pick up was scheduled for and THEY MESSED UP THE DATE and had no good reasoning as to why. Picked up in a beat up old van with a driver who drove with one arm and occassionly yelled into her phone. The ride was on par with some of the taxis I rode in when visiting Peru. Except this is America. No wonder they say flying is safer than driving. read more
