My mom received $20 in kohls cash for being a valued credit card holder for 20 years. I went to use it today and it said zero balance. They looked it up and it was used in Fayetteville, Arkansas. We live in Maryland. My mom broke her ankle on Father's Day and hasn't been to kohls .. and we definitely haven't been to Arkansas! Someone used our kohls cash (or maybe two were issued with the same barcode?) and kohls customer service basically says "too bad." It can't be reissued. You can tell we didn't use it. I cannot believe this. My mom might, because she's too nice.. but I will never shop there again.

Just second and third rate department store rejects. Same with Marshalls in this area. Once in a while you may get lucky and find something. Certain times of the year it is really picked over and the Men's inventory is total junk. The sock section used to carry all kinds of good brands and high quality. No more. Forget about ties. Nobody wears them anymore anyway. On a more positive note: Prices are always excellent if you find something. The checkout service and Staff in general is always very good and the Women's department inventory looks 100% much better. Just need to work on the Men's section
