The court was poorly scoped and graded--so much so that it's completely unplayable. After an unsuccessful an attempt to repair the surface, there are now numerous uneven seams and imperfections that make the court unsafe and unusable. Communication throughout the project was severely lacking. The contractor was unresponsive, failed to provide clear updates, and did not follow through on commitments. The lack of professionalism and accountability was evident from start to finish. I strongly recommend that others do not use JCM Masonry and Paving for any paving installation work. This project was a costly mistake, and I hope this review helps others avoid a similar experience
