It had a good amount of parmesan cheese so The pickles have a very unique flavor, they're definitely tasty but not my favorite version of Dill Pickles- they are more tangy and zingy that traditional dill pickles, not bad just not what I expected. (I was thinking more kosher dill, like Claussen pickles or like the pickles you'd get at a Jewish deli). Even though the store is a little hidden off of Arden Way, it is bright and clean. The owner is so welcoming and friendly. He was very open about where they get their meat, and he butchers it himself . We went fairly late in the evening, so there wasn't that much meat in the display, but what was there looked fresh. I impulsively bought some ground lamb They have such a wide array of meat including bison, goat, and rabbit. No pork of course, it is a halal butcher. They also offer meat packs that give you a nice discount, and they are open to switching out meats in the pack. I appreciate that, it is not always an option. The prices are very fair. They also have a nice range of spices. We are having a big family barbecue in a few weeks, and I will be going back with the grill master to pick up meat. Whenever this happens I end up leaving with a lot more items. I appreciate that they carry a wide variety of items including some ingredients and items that are hard to find in the US and even at other Asian grocery stores. I've stopped into many different stores and I feel like Oto's has variety and quality at a great price. They do have their own parking, but be careful because it can be pretty tight and there's usually a good amount of cars coming in and out.
