This place is a hidden gem! If it wasn't for a Groupon I'd have never known they existed, so I'm eternally grateful I took a chance yesterday! From the relaxing atmosphere to the meticulous decor, and cozy spaces, this place has it all. I was originally going in for the microdermabrasion facial on the Groupon, but after talking to Carole, who was patient enough to answer my 200 questions about her experience and the products she uses, I decided to add a glycolic peel to my service for a ridiculously affordable price. She also shared information about their packages, she examined my skin, and provided recommendations. She really took her time with me, was attentive to all my questions, and I felt like I received individualized care as she explained what she was applying to my skin, and why before she did it. My skin was glowing after the service, and I'll be back in 2 weeks (and for weeks to come!). I also got my lashes curled and tinted by Lauren, she was very nice and friendly, and made sure to discuss with me my expectations for the lash look I was trying to achieve before she began working on me. She also answered my questions, and although she's relatively new to eyelash curling and tinting (she has been doing extensions a lot longer), she did a better job than other places I've gone to who've allegedly been doing it longer. Thank you Lauren! Lastly, I can't forget Alex! He and Carole are co-owners of the spa, and truly pour their heart and soul into customer experience. Alex was very accommodating with my last minute appointment request, and also accommodated my friend with whom I shared the Groupon with. We both decided it was a great deal and worth trying, Alex tried his best to fit us both into the already tight schedule. During these difficult economic times, I've tried my best to support local business as much as I can, specially if they're good, Pamper me Spa opened at the end of 2019, and unlike commercialized spas, they provide a welcoming, affordable, yet personalized experience with a smile! My overall experience at this spa was amazing. I tried this place for the first time so I went for a basic facial, but there was nothing basic about the treatment. Carole was such a sweetheart and definitely PAMPERed me and I almost fell asleep during the treatment. I was going to post videos and photos but the moment Carole started the facial I almost knocked out. So next time . So if I were to break down my experience, it would be as follows: 1: Location: It is a hidden gem. So make sure you slow down when driving and look to the left. 2: Ambience: It has a very beachy and calming vibe to it. There are many beautiful artworks that bring the place together. 3. Service: The staff was very polite and friendly. Alex greeted me with a huge smile and made me feel comfortable the moment I walked in. Carole definitely knew what she was doing and was very gentle. She kept communicating with me throughout the treatment making sure I was comfortable. She described every product she used on me and told me what they do for my skin. 4. Cleanliness: The place was very clean. They had placed sanitizers where ever it was needed. They had a sink in the room, so you can use it whenever you want. The bathroom was very clean (That's extremely important to me). 5. Parking: There were couple of spots right in front of the spa with no time limit. If that fails, they have parking in the back. The entrance from the back will make it wheelchair accessible as well. 6. Price: The prices are very decent and way better than most spas. P.S. Ask them about their skincare line, AlcaLux Skincare. They have their products inside the spa. Overall experience was fantastic and I will 100% go back again. I live in Burbank but it was worth the drive. read more

I found a spot on yelp finally found a place close to my home that offers derma planning and while I was there I was offered a great plan derma planning facial. Which was what I was looking for once I was there they offered me a BB glow they told me that my face was going to be super smooth and that it would be radiant turns out that I ended up paying $690 including a tip for a service of five or six facials I can't remember exactly how many I pre-paid for I only received one service at the end of the day I went home two days later my face broke out in a lot I had pimples all over my face when I had none before going there I had a rash that was really bad I had to go see a dermatologist for it especially because my wedding was three weeks after that happened. When I tried to call I spoke with I believe was the owner she stated to go back that she would give me some thing to clear up my face and I told her no that I want a refund she says that they don't do refunds! Why would you keep peoples hard earned money for services there not going to receive! I had to go to a dermatologist and pay extra money to try to get my face as clear as possible before my wedding day!! I regret going up to the spot without further reviews I have a feeling that all the reviews that are on here are people that they know and not from actual clients! Because of reviews that are all that there are hidden and you. I took a screenshot of a review that someone else had the same issue as I did because they're not using the product without fragrance everything has a fragrance and it causes your skin to break out or your allergic to it they shouldn't be using products with fragrances! Now I'm out 600 dollars for so call treatment!! I won't be using and apparently won't be getting a refund either I tried contacting my bank to see if there's something that they can do on my behalf let's see what happens with them! read more

This was my first Time ever getting a facial and it was amazing! Carole did a good job at making me feel welcome, comfortable and at ease. Their soace is not only clean but very cute and roomy. What an amazing gem in Azusa!! This spa is new to the neighborhood and a beautiful asset to the block that you must try out. I had a microdermabrasion with Carole which was thorough and relaxing. My skin was SO soft, hydrated, and clean afterwards! I really appreciated how Carole took the time to explain everything to me so I knew exactly what products she was using and what to expect. Many places do not do this. She asked me multiple times if I was comfortable or not, which I always was, but still really appreciated her checking in with me. Some other spas can make you feel like another client that they need to get through, but here I felt like I was getting a really personalized experience. Carole was also able to fit me in last minute for an eyebrow wax. I told her that my skin has been sensitive in the past to wax and she made every effort to minimize any skin reaction. After the wax, she spent a lottttt of amount of time individually tweezing as well, which to me shows that she is precise and committed to making you look great. Shout out to Alex at the front for being super friendly and accommodating during a busy Black Friday day. He is so sweet and welcoming. These owners clearly have a lot of experience in luxury skin care and they use high end products for a very affordable price. The spa itself is brand new and super pretty with a beachy vibe accented with mid modern century furnishings. It's like you're entering a different (and much cuter) world the minute you walk in. I highly recommend this place. Also, they have a really convenient online booking system which honestly makes everything so easy to schedule. I discovered this gem through groupon. They had a deal for a microdermabrasion so i figured why not. I havent gotten a facial since covid began its shutdown. Parking was a bit difficult to find in the front but luckily they have their own private lot in the back to save you the hassle. As I entered the facility, I was warmly greeted by the front desk worker. I didn't catch his name but he was really nice. Instantly offered me water and asked if I needed anything. I kindly declined. The check in process was smooth sailing. The layout of the facial rooms had adequate space to walk around without bumping into this or that. I love the creativity and decor of this place! It's a mixture of chic and modern. Everything was sanitized and well cleaned! Given that I was redeeming a groupon voucher, I was afraid my service wouldnt be up to standards as if I were to pay full price. The woman that did my facial was nothing less! She so sweet and took her time, extracting my blemishes that I had the hardest time extracting myself at home. She also gives really great facial massages. It was very relaxing and I felt comfortable. The reclining chair that they have was layered with countless blankets to ensure the client is comfortable as they lay and get their face cleansed. My face was a bit red after my facial but that's normal. A few hours later, I'm sitting at home feeling the texture of my skin and my goodness, it so so soft!! She thoroughly went through my face with the microdermabrasion diamond tip wand and sucked out all the gunk! I love it here! Cannot wait for future appointments to achieve great skin!! I also let the lady know that I had very sensitive skin so I wanted to know what ingredients were in the products and she said they're all "organic" but every product had fragrance.
