I think just being ethical about selling a product on Groupon. You should be kind enough to accept people coming in with Groupon and not turning people away. Super happy to find this place. They do 2d style which makes my lashes look soft and natural. They ladies are very nice and kind. Very cute clean establishment. Nice, quiet, and relaxing. The prices are perfect, same for refills. I come for a fill every 2-3 weeks. Also they take their time to isolate the lashes so none get clumped together. It's been a while since I've gotten lash extensions, but I was attending a wedding overseas and decided to get some lash extensions. I heard some great things about Up Up Lash Beauty, so I wanted to give them a try. The store is located in a strip mall with other businesses with plenty of parking. The inside of the store itself is very clean, big, and open. There are several beds lined up in the back with plenty of space between each bed. Ann did my lashes, and she did a great job! I always have a hard time choosing what style and length of lashes I want, but Ann was very knowledgeable and helpful and was able to help me choose a style I liked. Ann was very gentle throughout the process. They had calming music playing, and you could easily fall asleep while getting your lashes done. At the end process, Ann made sure to ask me if it stung anywhere so that she could dry it, and the stinging went away in a matter of minutes. At other places, my eyes have burned for a while. I loved how my extensions turned out, and I like that the technicians here make sure you like your lashes before you leave! It's been several weeks, and they still look good. Prices are reasonable, and there is a $10 off discount for your first visit! I recommend Up Up Lash Beauty and Ann if you're wanting to try lash extensions or looking for a new place. read more

No refund if it turns out you don't like it, it's not okay to have preferences and opinions about the work. Thought I liked it and on the way home taking a closer look, I realized my eye lashes were not as good as I thought. Asked if I could come back (was 5 min away) and she couldn't which is understandable. Asked at least could I get a refund since I don't like them and it was the same day, minutes after I got them. She said no. Offered to come back next day in morning but that just doesn't work out because I intended to get my lashes the day prior of an important event. All in all, instead of working out soemthing or trying to fix my lashes or if not a refund. I was denied. Tragic bc other lash techs were so helpful and accommodating and did really great work. Advice : if you get a lash tech you like stick with them don't switch! And refunds aren't possible even if you don't like your lashes. Pick wisely ! Sucks to have to find another place but dropping $120 for lashes and no chance of fixing or refund is CRAZY. Especially since I had left not even 5 minutes. read more

I have been coming here for awhile and I just had the worst customer service. I had a refill and a day or two later my eyes started itching really bad and the lashes started falling out. I the salon 5 days later to let them know what I was experiencing.' They told me I should have called them sooner I told them even if I had you close before I can get here during the week. They said they would have to charge for a full refill. I told that makes no sense. She said she would call the owner to see if they can re-do without charging. Owner said she would give me a discount . I've been to other lash places and if I ever had an issue they would fix without trying to charge again. Do NOT buy!!! I got an eye infection immediately after getting lashes done. I thought it was just irritation due to the glue but when I woke up the next day I couldn't open my eyes.
