I had such an amazing head scalp massage experience at Pamper and Peace Spa in Murrieta with Ann!! Parking was super easy and the salon suites were sooo easy to find!! which made everything stress-free from the start. The suite itself was perfect!! Super clean with the cutest lighting and decorations that instantly made it feel relaxing and cozy. She even checked my scalp with a microscope first to show me how much buildup I had, which was really interesting and helpful. She started with peppermint essential oil and a face mask, then gave my scalp a deep scrub that felt incredible. The massage was so relaxing, and she also massaged my face!!! This was my first time here and the studio was so fresh, clean, and relaxing. Very calming music was playing. I got the Pamper Package for $125. Every massage felt so amazing, all the tension in my shoulders and neck were relieved. My hair was very thoroughly washed, and the wash itself felt like a second scalp massage. Quality - Excellent Vibe - Relaxing Parking - Easy & plentiful What a wonderful experience! My husband and I came here for our very first head spa, and it did not disappoint. The atmosphere was calm and inviting, making it easy to relax right away. We both chose the "Pamper" experience, and it was absolutely worth it. The double cleansing of the scalp felt amazing, and the mini facial was such a nice touch. My hair felt incredibly soft and refreshed afterward. Truly a Magical Experience I received a gift certificate for a session at Pamper and Peace for my birthday, and as someone who absolutely loves getting my hair washed, I was so excited--especially after seeing the trend blowing up on social media. From the moment I arrived, the studio was adorable, calm, and incredibly relaxing. Ms. Nguyen greeted me warmly and began by examining my scalp. She gave me helpful feedback about its health and offered a few tips on how to maintain it. She then led me into her private space, making sure I was completely comfortable. Just a heads-up for anyone booking: the instructions ask that you remove all jewelry and your shirt for the service. As someone who's a bit anxious and doesn't love undressing, I wore a tube top--and it worked perfectly! She was still able to massage my neck and shoulders, and I didn't feel uncomfortable at all. That said, she was extremely respectful, and there was a privacy screen available if you do choose to undress--so you'll never feel exposed. That was just my personal preference. Ms. Nguyen also made sure my belongings were stored safely and offered extra pillows under my knees (I'm tall, so that was a thoughtful touch). Her attention to comfort was exceptional. Now, the session itself--absolutely spectacular. My package included a "mini facial," but it was in no way mini. It was a full 30-minute facial, and everything from the ambiance to the products she used was top-notch. The scents were light and pleasant--not at all overpowering. I wear lash extensions and had a new set scheduled for the next day, but she was still incredibly careful and mindful of them. The scalp massage was pure heaven. I came in with high expectations, and she exceeded every single one. My only complaint? The hour flew by way too quickly! Honestly, I could have stayed all day. If you're considering booking an appointment--do it. Especially if you're a busy mom like me who rarely takes time for herself, this is the perfect reset. (Hint hint, husbands: they offer gift certificates!) Ms. Nguyen even blow-dried my hair afterward and gave me a sweet thank-you gift of chocolates. If you're in the Menifee, Murrieta, or Temecula area, Pamper and Peace is a must-visit. I'll definitely be coming back. I told my husband that if I could, I'd be there once a week! read more

They are located in sola salons in murrieta and there is space for 2 people to get services. It's very calming when you walk in and the calmness and peace just continues and grows through the rest of the service. It was neat when they were able to view my scalp with their camera... I didn't realize how clogged my hair pores were! After the treatment, I could see they were cleaned. I asked one of the employees behind the bar where the towels were since it was my first time visiting. Instead of simply pointing me in the right direction, she scoffed and rolled her eyes as if I should have already known. It was such an unnecessary interaction and really changed the tone of our visit. After that, we decided to pack up and leave rather than stay and enjoy the rest of the amenities. Overall, it wasn't a terrible experience, but for the price, I expected a much more relaxing atmosphere, friendlier service, and an experience that felt worth the cost.

My husband recently booked me a head spa service for Mother's Day and I had mixed feelings about the experience overall. The hair washing and scalp massage portion was very relaxing and enjoyable, which made the experience disappointing afterward because the service quality became inconsistent. To begin, the technician never introduced herself or explained the process. During the scalp examination, there was very little communication about what she was seeing or doing, which made the appointment feel impersonal and left me unsure of what to expect from the treatment. During the facial portion of the service, products were rubbed directly over my eyes, which felt uncomfortable and caught me off guard. I understand products may be applied around the eye area during facials, but this did not feel intentional or professionally explained. Another thing that made me uncomfortable was finding out photos had been taken of me during the service without my knowledge. I was only informed afterward, while leaving, when I was asked if I wanted the photos AirDropped to me. I believe clients should be asked for consent before photos are taken during any spa or salon service. Where the experience really fell short was the finishing/blow dry portion. My hair was not properly sectioned, brushed through, or fully dried. At one point, my hair was still visibly damp and unbrushed when I was asked if it was "good enough." In my experience, a classic blow dry should leave the hair fully dry, smooth, and polished using proper technique such as sectioning and a round brush when appropriate. Overall, the relaxing wash and massage were great, but the lack of communication, unfinished styling, lack of consent regarding photos, and uncomfortable interaction at checkout left me disappointed. read more

While visiting a friend in Murrieta, we decided to try a girl's spa treatment & found Pamper & Peace. It was such a great experience! What a find! The ladies were very professional & friendly. The whole experience was so much better than expected. I had the whole package with the added arms massage which I desperately needed. I also needed the quiet mood. Well, how convenient that she said it's their "policy" to not refund appointment deposits. Just stay away until this place closes down. I'm sure it won't be long from now.

After our massage, we changed into our swimsuits to enjoy the amenities. On top of that, there was a constant high pitched ringing or buzzing noise near the pool, possibly from the pool equipment. It was surprisingly loud and definitely took away from what was supposed to be a peaceful, relaxing environment. The biggest disappointment was the customer service. I asked one of the employees behind the bar where the towels were since it was my first time visiting. Instead of simply pointing me in the right direction, she scoffed and rolled her eyes as if I should have already known. It was such an unnecessary interaction and really changed the tone of our visit. After that, we decided to pack up and leave rather than stay and enjoy the rest of the amenities. Overall, it wasn't a terrible experience, but for the price, I expected a much more relaxing atmosphere, friendlier service, and an experience that felt worth the cost.
