Tried this place a week ago as a mother's day gift to myself. While on the whole I enjoyed the experience, a few things caused me to remove stars. I paid for the works, an "anti-aging" 2 hour experience with all the items offered. The website stated youd receive a hair analysis but they didn't really explain anything. Just took a picture before & after and said a few things, like healthy scalp but a little build up, no real insight in my hair or how to make it healthier. I didn't have easy communication with my tech either because she didn't speak English. I didn't receive all the items listed on the website/list at location. When I mentioned I didn't receive the steam service etc. the gentleman told me I must have received it while my mask was on, hmmm... I think I would have noticed if I had steam on my head . Also there were other things missing like the red light comb etc, which they couldn't argue because my mask wasn't on anymore. I was given $10 off instead of getting the rest of the items they didn't provide. Maybe I had too high of expectations on what I would experience here. Had thought it would have more of a spa atmosphere, get information about my scalp & hair and receive all the services listed. While I didn't hate it, I wouldn't go back to this location. I've been super curious to try a head spa and this location opened recently. It was my birthday a few days ago so I called to set up an appointment on 12/22/25 and was lucky enough to get an appointment the same day! I was already in Temecula, so this was perfect. This location is small and located next door to CVS. There's plenty of parking available and it's near the outer corner of the shopping center. When I was walking in the staff was outside taking a quick group picture. I arrived about 10 minutes early. I was welcomed to go inside and check in then asked to sit down for a few minutes. As I waited I went to the restroom which was located in the back. I was then politely asked to go sit in one of the 4 chairs. I was then greeted again by the same person who checked me in. She asked me to take my hair out of its pony tail, asked what I was looking to improve with my hair and then she looked at my scalp with a nifty machine that took images that we looked at together. She explained what she saw and then I was asked to head to the last of the 4 pods to continue my service. They had to quickly fix something and asked me to go back out and sit down at the chair for a bit. They offered me a piece of delicious cake and water in the meantime. It took them about 3-5 minutes and then I was asked to go back into the pod. I selected to do the 90 minute scalp treatment with a body massage. In the pod I was asked to remove my clothing and put on a towel wrap and shorts they provided so I could begin with the massage. There was also a green tote bag to put my belongings in which was convenient. I laid faced down and then Mia went to work. I asked for medium to light pressure and she did just that. A heads up that it's a tight space, but all very manageable. After the lovely massage I was asked to put on a soft robe and walk out to the first pod. Once in that pod I removed the robe and was asked to lay face up. It was a little tricky to get on/in the head spa massage bed, but the staff was very helpful. As I was getting comfortable I was covered with a soft cozy blanket. As I was getting the scalp treatment I was in a fantastic massage chair; it massaged my back and squished my arms and legs in a relaxing manner. I have never laid in a massage bed like that, but I'd definitely return for more! I couldn't see all that was going on because I was fully relaxing, but I felt my scalp being brushed, my hair getting lathered up, my head being massaged, aroma therapy, soft spa music in the background, neck massaging... the works, it felt legit heavenly. Mia was great about rubbing my head and cleaning my scalp, washing my hair and massaging some more. After that part of the session was done she wrapped my hair in a towel, helped me sit up, put the robe back on and rubbed my shoulders a bit more. Wow! I felt pampered every step of the way! I was given slides and asked to sit at one of the four chairs again to relook at my scalp, which was now squeaky clean, in a really good way. Mia took a few more images and showed me my scalp with no more build up. She offered me water and then she blow dried my hair with a handheld Dyson, all while I was still in the robe and shorts. The whole experience was exactly an hour and a half. After my hair was blowdried it felt so soft. Mia applied a few things to my scalp and ends and then I was taken back to the pod to change. I chose the Body with Scalp Relaxation, which had a Promo of $30 off. The service today was $149, plus my tip, so the grand total was $186.25 for 90 minutes. Everyone was super kind. From calling to set up my appointment to enjoying the relaxing experience to paying for the service, it was all smooth and professional. You don't get a physical receipt, but you can get it emailed or texted to your number. Overall, I would definitely return! It was a divine experience from start to finish. The thoroughness and attentiveness of massaging the scalp is so relaxing and cleansing. Driving home, my scalp felt cool and refreshed because of how clean it was. Overall, the experience was a little disappointing. It was my first time going to a head spa and wanted a relaxing experience for my birthday. First, the environment and vibe of the place was not what I was expecting. The website portrays a more luxurious vibe, as well as the picture of the interior provided must be AI because that is not what it looks like. The massage beds at every close together and there is not much room to change into your robe, especially if someone is in the one next to yours. The head spa itself was nice, however it was not as relaxing as I anticipated. When applying product and washing my hair, it was very rough and actually hurt a bit rather than a relaxing scratch. Also, the water fountain that I was excited for, I'm not even sure was used. It felt like a pitcher was being used to rinse my hair. I got the package that included the facial. I think they must mean more of a face massage than an actual facial with masks and scrubs. I enjoyed the face massage most, so that is a plus! However, the pads they were using to clean my face were being dipped into the water that my dirty hair was in and being put back onto my face, which also caused many hairs that were coming out of my head to be on my face that kept having to be picked off. The pads were also swept into my oily unwashed hair and back onto my face. After the spa portion was over, I was told to sit up and was given a neck "massage", which mostly consisted of being patted on the back like I was being burped. Thankfully this did not last long. Then I was moved to the chair to blow dry my hair. My package said they would blow dry and apply products, however they did not apply any products even though they were visible on the counters. Luckily I wasn't expecting a full blowout as that's not what's advertised and it's not a salon. The employees were nice and I don't fault them, but it was definitely not the luxurious service that is advertised. read more

I made an appt for the 90 min scalp treatment we started off by looking at my scalp with the camera and then onto the treatment portion the neck/ head and shoulder rub was amazing and so relaxing. My hair is very long, past my butt and she really took her time deep cleaning not just my scalp but my long hair too. Then she blow dried it and added the products my hair specifically needed. Came here to treat myself. Had the combo facial and scalp care. The facial was ok- nothing like something from a real esthetician. The sections where you lay to have your hair washed are very crammed but private. I would've liked to have heard what was being put on my hair and face- just a bit more of an explanation of the products being used. The scalp analysis is kinda fun. I didn't have any scalp problems so maybe things would've been different otherwise. Song did a great job and I was very relaxed.
