New to the area from California. Always got my nails done in San Francisco, at The Nail Story, on Pacific Avenue. So, that being said . . . I am spoiled! There I was spoiled by my friends Vanna, Quan, and Lee. Anyway, my toenails were terribly long and rough! Grabbing and snagging everything! EEK! I had been passing a little strip mail. There was a restaurant, spa/nail shop, a vape shop, and I believe a real estate office. It's in the little mall next to O'Reilly. Walked in, the place was empty and silent! I visually took everything in, nice chairs, warm atmosphere, "busy" shop decor! I hollered out Hello, and a manager came from the back. He told me his name was Michael. He is from a province outside of Bejing. I told him I wanted a pedicure, and asked if he accepted "cards," and he did. He took me to a station, raised the arm rest and I sat down. Michael turned the water on in the bowl, and tossed in a blue disinfectant tablet in the water. Here the use the entire bowl. In California they use bowl liners, so it was nice to feel the water churning, and bubbling around my soaking feet! The chairs are automatic, and full of comfort features, including massage features. Michael removed my very old and grown out glitter nail polish! He filed and cut my nails short, like I'd requested. He was all about the job, so he only spoke when spoken to. He gave my feet a grating, a sugar scrub, and a hell of a foot massage! He brought me the nail color palettes, to select a color. I opted for gold, with glitter on top! No matter the color, there will be glitter on top! He got up, and came back with a steaming towel, and used it on my feet and legs! OMG! So relaxing and wonderful! I love a male operator! I will be seeing Michael on the regular, and so should you! I stopped by yesterday to get his business card, so I could write a proper review! There were several clients in the shop, and new to me, operator. You can also get additional time on your foot or chair massage. I now have a new nail home! Thank you, Michael! read more

I have been going to LV Nail for years. Mae does an awesome pedicure and is like a friend. All of the people that work here are professional and kind. It's on an older strip center but it is kept clean and nice. read more

Went here for a pedicure for the first time. There was no wait but the service was not good. Also it looked dingy. The tools used on my feet did not look sanitary either. It started ok but once the soak was done, they didn't work on my feet at all. They were left dry and rough. The paint on my toes looks bad too. Really disappointed. read more

I went to get my nails done and I asked for a pedicure, and then basic gel polish on my fingernails. There were 2 other customers in the store and I had to wait for 45 minutes. One girl was at the nail station and the other at the pedicure chairs. After the girl at the nail station got finished, he sat me down in the same spot, without cleaning ANYTHING, or even washing his hands. He used all of the same dirty tools on me, that he used on the girl before me. My pedicure was nice, although the polish turned out HORRIBLE. It's bubbly, and cracking off, and I only got it done yesterday. My nails look OK, but they filed my nails super uneven, and the man doing my nails made my finger bleed, (it was bleeding pretty badly) and didn't wipe it off. Instead, he painted over it with clear coat, got my blood on the clear coat brush, stuck the brush back in the bottle, and put it back on the shelf. After i got the bleeding to stop on my own, my nails were almost done. He took out a little machine and put it on the exact place it was bleeding, made it bleed again, and let it bleed without wiping it up. He gave me a small corner of a paper towel and said "you're done". When i went to sign my receipt, he got really close and was watching me to see how much i'd tip him. Overall it's just things that you don't do out of common sense. It's like children run this place. It is dirty with bugs, spiderwebs, and overall VERY unsanitary. I have attached a photo of my toes NOT EVEN 24 HOURS after getting them "painted". I asked for white and it turned out completely awful. I paid $30 for my nails and I paid around $35 for the pedicure. read more

I went in wanting a thin coat of gel over my nails so they would grow out. My daughter wanted just the gel polish. They filed her nails down to almost nothing before applying polish. With me she argued I didn't want what I told her to do. Once I finally got her to understand what I wanted, she applied a layer of acrylic, not gel, and also filed on my nails (which I told her were already shaped) down to almost nothing. The layer of acrylic is lumpy and uneven and the shape of my nails is horrible. Some of them just look like she poured goop over them. I will NEVER go there again. - Not quite a week later and ALL my nails are lifting and my polish is chipped on almost all my nails. I can't believe I paid $35 for this! read more

I usually go to Princess Nail near the Newburgh Walmart but decided to give LV Nail a try. The staff are very friendly and personable. The salon was very clean and all pedicure tools were in a sealed (sanitized) bag. A spa pedi is $25 here - same as at Princess Nail. I feel that the service here is slightly better than Princess Nail for the same type and price of pedi so they get 5 stars from me. Polish lasted just under 3 weeks. read more

I live in Newburgh but usually get my nails done in Henderson since I work there. My regular nail place has been closed since last week and won't reopen until Monday due to a remodel and my solar nails had grown out too much to wait another 4 days to get them done so I went over to LV Nails and had a fill-in done. The service was fabulous, my nails look fabulous and they are very courteous. I didn't have to wait due to having an appointment and was there 20 mns tops. It normally takes an hour in Henderson because they are constantly on their cell phones, but LV Nails was totally professional and I had the nail artist's undivided attention while I was in the chair. read more
