They are very unprofessional and immature. we had…read morestarted going there when we got our dog because it was close to us. she went there for 6 1/2 years and then one time they were behind and left her in the crate too long and she was upset and wouldn't let them cut her. they asked me to come get her which I did, once I got there, they explained what happened and said they couldn't do her today. Then the lady said she felt bad of it. I could get a cone on her. She would do it. So that's what we did. She then asked the next time I to get her medicine and we would do her the first appointment in the morning so she wasn't in the crate. Again I did that seem to be fine. I made another appointment and once I got there, they said oh the lady who her isn't here today can you come tomorrow? I said fine. I get a phone call the next morning saying they will not cut her anymore. I asked why and explained that they told me she took the medicine last time and was fine. The lady was very rude when I was trying to find out what had changed. She ended up telling me I'm sorry you have a dog that wants to bite. Everybody's face off and hung up on me. My dog is 7 pounds and has never bit anyone in the seven years we had her. very disappointed.

I paid 450.00 for my dog to be sedated and have his teeth cleaned last year at this time. No cavities or extractions, just a cleaning! 800 to 1200 for that this year! Unreasonable, especially considering the quality of care has gone down. If you've be going there... ask about the fees before your animal is treated... double or triple since a year ago! They have private consultation rooms where you meet with someone to talk thru your wishes, they offer chests and urns of all sizes, headstones and even caskets if that is your preference. You can get a paw print and clippings from their tail too. When we were in the room, she said she could leave and i could take all the time i wanted with my pet. And when they called me to pick up the ashes of my pet a few days later, they also gave me a certificate as to when the cremation occurred and on the cert was a nose print of my pet. I cannot say enough about how well we were treated.
