We arrived around 10:30 on a Wednesday morning and we were wrong to think that the place would be empty after an early breakfast rush. We were seating upon entering by Brooke who also was our server. The menu is varied and we found out that you can order anything at anytime. We had ordered the Spicy Pulled Pork omelette and Shrimp and Grits. Next time, we're thinking a Grouper sandwich as they were being enjoyed at two tables next to us and looked delicious. Our breakfast entrees arrived quickly. The omelette came with a choice of side and I chose the potatoes. They were seasoned but a bit cold and hard. Brooke offered to swap them out when checking on us, but by that time, I was filling up from the large packed omelette. It was filled with pork, peppers, onions and cheese with more spicy, sweet pork on top. I wish the entrees came with toast. The shrimp and grits were served over gouda grits as requested and the dish was spicy and filling. Definitely one of the best we tried in a while. Drinks were refilled promptly and Brooke took care of her guests quickly and with a smile.

Good drink service, good food service times, and just really nice people all around. The food and beverage was also so so good. They had some of the best NA drinks we've ever had. The proteins were cooked to perfection. A whole snapper that was textbook. And those potatoes, I will dream of them forever. So delicious. Cons: Not a single con. I don't live in Pensacola, that's the only con. Tips: Great NA drink options. Perfectly cooked potatoes. Ask for the biggest snapper, because it won't be too much food, I promise.

Now THIS is lobster. Absofuckinglutely. Yes. I was raised here but have been living in San Diego…read more I've tried every recommended restaurant with lobster over there. Even Marine Room which is $$$$. This was still the best lobster I've ever had. It's not even comparable. Seriously I don't think there's a single place on this planet that can offer you better lobster than George bistro. Where did yall get this from my god this lobster was loved and respected in its childhood. It was well cared for. Delicious af. So tender so tasty so JUICY. It was exploding juices and no that was not the butter because I asked for butter on the side. Now that we got that out of the way, the service is also great. Very hospitable and kind. The guy in front of us was eating alone and Father's Day and I could tell the waitress was making an effort to chat with him and make him feel less alone. It's like family over here. Such a breath of fresh air from the snobby bitches in San Diego. Come here for any occasion. Fancy, casual, celebration, idgaf just come. *Oh also I got the berry soda. DELICIOUS and beautiful. Berries in it, creamy like a milkshake, sweet, whipped cream, tastes like pink drink from Starbucks x10000000
