I ordered the Pure Pleasure arrangement based on the picture I saw. Unfortunately, what was received was disappointing to say the least. The vase was too small for the premium arrangement I ordered leaving the flowers crammed in it. No greenery with height was added as the picture showed. The flowers were all short and same height. The roses were fully opened and not fresh but rather oldish with the outer petals showing some brown around the edges. I truly expected something nicer and fresher that would last and look pretty for at least a week. Sadly, this wasn't it. read more

I'd like to say that Pam is very helpful and dose an Amazing job! I called in the afternoon to get an arrangement sent to a very sweet woman I've been getting to know. I told her what I kinda wanted and told her to do something elegant and fragrant. She took very good care of me! The Arrangement had to be delivered a second time because she wasn't home. So a call was made to my friend to find out what time would be good to deliver. It was the next day. She didn't say who the flowers were from so it would still be a surprise. OMIgoodness! I received an absolutely stunning and unexpected bouquet sent by my BF today. The lilies and roses were behemoths. Pink lemonade came to mind(see images). Like I totally couldn't see the delivery person behind this big @$$ arrangement of awesomeness when he arrived at my door. It brightened my work area up and is smelling up my home something awesome. First of all Pam is so friendly on the phone and made me fill like she had it all under control. This was an important event for me as it was our anniversary and Valentines Day celebration. She delivered them to the restaurant I was taking my wife to so they would be on the table when we arrived. OMG! They were gorgeous! Pam is a floral superhero. She came through for me gloriously when I couldn't attend my daughter's kindergarten graduation ceremony, on only a few hours notice. She put together AND DELIVERED arrangement in time for the ceremony. I didn't get to see the arrangement, but it was apparently creative and unique, featuring some sort of edible (chocolate) component as well that I hadn't even asked for. Two people later mentioned the impression it made when it was presented - one used the word "Stunning". She definitely went above and beyond my expectations. I will use her for all of my floral needs in the Phoenix area. OMG! I ordered a stargazer lily bouquet for my sister from Pam'swebsite for my sister's birthday. I live in Las Vegas and was concerned that it might be the typical order a premium and end up with a baby sized bouquet order. WOW! I arrived at my sisters and the bouqet is stunning!!! Huge! I spoke with a very sincere woman on the phone and told her what I was looking for in regards to my brother-in-law's father who had just been discharged from the VA ICU. Since he was a Vietnam Vet, I wanted something patriotic instead of a get well soon arrangement and she immediately stepped up to the plate.
