I waited for a while, then texted to confirm I was in the right place, and received a kind phone call apologizing--turns out there had been a small miscommunication, and someone was on their way. They arrived quickly and were genuinely kind and apologetic. It did cause a bit of a timing crunch (the card I'd written got a bit messed up in the shuffle, and I ended up improvising), but the bouquet was so stunning it made up for it. I wish I had taken better photos, but I was rushing to get the flowers to her before her birthday morning started. She loved them.
