My friend had the Anko which is filled with a Japanese sweet bean paste. She liked hers as well. You place your order and wait 5 minutes. There were three of us and our fishes came out pronto. When you order you see WAFU ice cream waffle cones. Visually these are beautiful and unusual flavors. They fill the cones with vanilla or matcha ice cream. It's not something I ordinarily see on the menu at local coffee shops, so was delighted at how good it was, with just the right amount of sweetness to it. It's shame that there's nothing like it at coffee shops close to where I live, as it's something that'd be in my regular rotation of caffeinated drinks I'd order. Their competitor downtown is better in some ways, BUT Bright Ice has better flavors and more traditional type of flavors. This is an important distinction which makes it stand out on its own. Honestly, I will return for a pint of that Espresso with Kahula. Great addition to the Lakeland scene and I would definitely recommend this.
