Everything about the journey was exceptional--from the comfort and cleanliness of the aircraft to the outstanding service provided by the cabin crew. I must say that they don't hurry to send you the confirmation of e tickets, both times I've booked with them I grew impatient and called them, prompting a fast reply and ticket emailed in 5 minutes. Best time to call Eros / latinofare is 2am in the morning. I was on hold for a minute as opposed to 35 minutes at 8pm. I am giving full stars because I had bought three tickets, $1000 each, because they advertised 24h free cancellation. Sure enough, next morning one of my relatives called to withdraw from the trip. Panicked, I called Eros / latinofare, and they changed the reservation to 2 tickets. Charges on my credit card changed accordingly pretty immediately. I cannot quite figure out why they operate under so many names, their web search engine is Latinofare, emails come from airtkt.com and credit card charges are Eros tours. It does seem a bit shady, especially given that their latinofare web page looks cheap and search engine is primitive (you cannot even sort the results. On the other hand, their booking system has many nice features - they clearly display baggage fees and rewrite your names for you to check, warning that these cannot be changed once tickets are issued (unless in the cancellation window of 24 hours).
