I traveled with Amiri Travel Agency, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. The staff were extremely rude, the organization was very poor, and they seemed to cut costs as much as possible when it came to providing food and even drinking water for passengers. Some of the staff's own friends were on the trip, and they were clearly given preferential treatment. Whenever we asked questions about this, the staff responded aggressively. Passengers were left waiting and wandering around for hours due to the lack of organization. Based on my experience, I do not recommend traveling with this agency. read more

I was very impressed by Amiri Travel once again on a trip to Vietnam and Cambodia after traveling with them last year in Costa Rica. The hotels in Hanoi Sieam Reap and Saigon were outstanding and meals just as excellen. Loc al tour guides as well as our Persian guide Daryouch were excellent South East Asia exceeded our expectation. We just came back from Singapore/Thailand tour with Amiri Travel Agency. We spend 3 days in Singapore in this gorgeous hotel Grand Copthorn Waterfront with an amazing view. I had the view of the river, garden and the city lights.All the tours in Singapore were great including the orchid garden and the botanic garden of the Marina Bay Sands hotel and it's sky ride that you could see the whole Singapore from there. Did you know Singapore has the most beautiful airport in the world. So amazing which can be one of the tourist spots right there. Then we went to Thailand. Our first stop was at Phuket, we went to another gorgeous hotel Le Meridien Phuket beach resort with an amazing view of the pool and the beach. I wish we had more time at Phuket and the tours we had there were amazing. We loved the James Bond Island. I could easily spend another day or two in Phuket. Then we went to Pattaya staying at Royal Cliff grand hotel with one of the most beautiful infinity pool with a bar inside the pool, and nice tours to Hilton for dinner and lunch the next day and other fun tours. Actually, I would have liked to spend more time over there too. The last 3 days of our tour was in Bangkok staying at Renaissance hotel which was also very nice. We had a great tour guide Daryoush during the whole trip. In Singapore we had both Daryoush and Ehsan as our tour guides and we loved both of them. The only thing that I wish it was different was I wish it was a few days longer. Personally, I wouldn't mind to pay a little bit more to have more time at Phuket and Pattaya, specially staying in such gorgeous hotels, would have been nice to have more time to just spend in the hotel and enjoy the pools. Amir was our tour guide it was one of the best trips in our life All the hotels were 5 star and the food was great... the excursions to the sightseeings in Japan were very well selected....and knowledge of Amir about this country, their history and their culture was amazing. Very disappointed with the tour I just came back from to Spain and Portugal. There were 50 people for one tour guide, the hotels were 2 stars at best (rating was not accurate), and dinners were horrible. I had an asthma attack during a tour and the guide told me it was all in my head and that I was overreacting, not only rude but dangerous behavior from a guide meant to support us. I like traveling with tour groups been doing it for years, but this was my first and last time with Amiri. read more

I would not recommend anyone use their services, they are a very corrupt and crooked company. My friends and I traveled to Turkey using their tour services and they had the audacity to tell the entire tour group of 45 people that they knew a company we could each pay $100 to to bypass taking a Covid test. The entire tour group felt unsafe and did not want to partake in any of their illegal activities and possibly travel with a group with certain individuals who could have been Covid positive! I don't know anything about going tours with Mr.Amiri but I remember a few years back, my father passed unexpectedly and my US passport was expired. For getting emergency passport in person, they required a valid flight ticket and I just called Mr Amiri desperately and he was so kind to help me with Generate a reservations and emailed it to me at no time and no cost to help me getting emergency passport. Also after got my passport, he found best price ticket for next day to get me to Iran as fast as possible.Today after years I was looking up his phone number to call and google brought me to his yelp and I felt I owe him thanks. read more

Mr Amiri is extremely rude. No manners at all. Far too old to be issuing tickets. He wrote my name completely wrong. He had my driving license in his hand. When I went to change it, not only he didn't apologized he was arguing with me that it's not a big deal. I should hurry up to check the ticket as he wants to go to a party. Incapable of doing this job. He should have retired years ago. He was laughing at his client as soon as they leave. Extremely unprofessional , rude and incapable. Mr. Amiri not only refuses to provide any kind of services, but he also handles customer issues quite unprofessionally. The rates he provides are similar or more than what you can get on your own. He adds fees that he does not explain are basically useless. read more

I called this place but on the second ring, before they answer I had to hang up since my little daughter who is only two years old was falling off the chair and after 10 minutes called them again. So many Thanks to Amiri Travel. My wife & I had a trip with Amiri Travel on Oct 21 till Oct. 30 2019 to China. We had a great time with them. Mrs. Nasrin Amiri, her husband and Ms. Nadereh did everything to arrange a wonderful trip for us from LA. Their great & respectful services were very excellent. As soon as we arrived in Beijing, the two professional Tour Guides were waiting for us. Mr. Amir Shahmirzadi & Mr. Ehsan did everything from the 1st minute to the last minutes of the tour. Amir the professional Tour Guide was very caring, knowledgeable, polite and kind. He did more than enough to provide us unforgettable days in China. i do not recommend amiri travel agencey.i did travel on feb 22 2018 to ARGENTINA and BRAZIL .they send us through NEWYORK instead of HUSTON to save money our luggage was lost for two days.the tour was very an organized.we had to pay for most of the tours and the transportations.their buses did not have any signs and did not supplied or sell water .one person got lost.their local tour guides except VERA were no good.they did not accept credit card.out of pocket you need 700 or 800 dollars cash. read more
