I have to be honest this location is disgusting. I consistently see bugs and spiderwebs throughout the property, including inside the salon and on the floors. The bathrooms look like they haven't been cleaned in a very long time. The toilet paper was dusty and even had black stains on it. Overall, the place feels extremely unsanitary and not properly maintained on a day-to-day basis. I normally come here to see my stylist, Andre, and I have to give him 5 stars because he is amazing and very professional. The only reason I continue coming back is because of him. But the condition of this location is terrible, and management seriously needs to improve the cleanliness and sanitation standards. read more

My massage with Craig was phenomenal! I will definitely be going back to see him. I've had massages at almost every place in town, and I came across this one on Groupon, and figured I would give it a try. Craig's style was really unique, and was really what I needed. I've passed by this place for years and never tried them out. I recently bought a groupon for a message which gave me a reason to give them a chance. I'm so glad I did. They're 8 minutes from my house. They have affordable pricing. It's very calm and clean inside. Tina was the lady who gave me my massage. I told her my back and neck needed the most work since I'm a side sleeper. It was the best massage I've ever had. I was so relaxed and my issues were fixed. At first The place looked a bit shady from the outside. But don't judge a book by its cover ! The place is really nice inside and has that barn look and feel from those home magazines. I've been using groupons to try out many massage places and this is the only one I'll stick to. The massage by Craig is amazing and consistent. I've been to another place in winter park three times and the service just kept going downhill over there. But not this one. Craig's massages are different though. He doesn't use oil. At least not for the massage I got (membership massage upgrade). Which is good because I don't like to feel oil on my skin. Also Craig is very understanding and helpful. If you're in for the long run I recommend the membership massage upgrade price since it's $59 per session instead of the regular price. But you need a 6 month commitment (so 1 session per month) The company has an online booking platform and it's so convenient. You can book and cancel 12 hours in advance. I would recommend calling to ask any questions before you book because they have so many service options. I'll be trying out their facials soon. I hope it's as good as the massage. read more

Absolutely the worst experience. Bought a Groupon for a massage waited two weeks then had to wait another week cuz the person was sick. Then I go in the massage was weird felt like he was just tapping on my muscles the whole time. Felt very uncomfortable, they don't have certain clothing to wear so like in random clothing so even more uncomfortable. Just felt like I wanted to leave sense the minute I go there. I started coming to Panacea Spa for a facial, but then I found out that Tina gave massages, so I started coming for that since I had two hip replacements and two back surgeries. Over the past two years she has done a fantastic job, helping redoes scarring, helping with stretching. Recently I have found Tina to be a delight to talk with while enjoying my lymphatic drainage massage. She is professional, knowledgeable, and so very like able. I enjoyed the entire experience! Sooo ladies i found it! This spa/salon is so different and relaxing. I've grown up in Orlando so I know my salon's, but this one is different. Everyone is so attentive and i noticed that most of the customers that came in hopped from one employee to the next. People were going from getting their nails done to then having their hair cut and colored. Then on the other side of the salon is the massage,facial,waxing, and makeup area. My husband and I have been going to Panacea for a little over a year. We see Willa Ferreira for all our natural hair needs. She takes care of my husband's locks. With me, we've done everything from microbraids to blow dry and flat iron to a trim or a cut to high-quality extensions. I have natural hair--no chemicals at all and she keeps my hair silky shiny and super healthy. A little gem in Longwood. It doesn't look shady at all from the outside as one review stated. It looks bright and cheery and when you step inside, it's even better. You are greeted by Ashley's big smile and everyone is so warm and friendly that you feel right at home! For lashes, Jenya is THE BEST! I do not trust anybody but her. For massage, Craig has this sixth sense of knowing exactly where your aching muscles are. For facials, Tina leaves your face smooth and dewy fresh. It takes me 45-50 minutes to get there but it's worth it. I've been coming here for six years and can't recommend them enough. Jenya and her staff truly take pride in their work. Friday the 19th was my first time visiting this spa.. I had purchased a groupon a few weeks before, and had scheduled my appointment on the previous Saturday(the 11th). As I arrived, I was greeted kindly and helped immediately. I informed them I was there to have my hair done, told them I have an appointment, and gave my name. That was when they informed me that I had not been put on the schedule somehow. I told them who I had spoken with, and within a short amount of time was told that Jess would be done shortly, and if it was okay that the appointment be thirty minutes later... I said that was fine, and it worked out because I hadn't ate my lunch yet anyway. This place is decorated perfectly, I must say!! Everything about it just feels right. The lighting, the furniture, the cleanliness. My favorite part was when Jess washed my hair.. I always hate getting my hair done because of this part. Well, this time, and this way doesn't hurt at all! It feels like you're laying on a bed. No weird neck spasms. haha! I absolutely love this day spa. It really doesn't get any better than this!
