I called to confirm my order and spoke to someone in the store who said it had been received. Because they open early, they have a wide range of pick up hours that make it easy to grab your order before starting your day. I arrived around 7:45am and everything was ready for me at the counter. They also were sure to include plates and utensils. The food itself was all delicious. The breakfast tray came with these delicious savory rolls ups made with egg and bacon. The muffins were a hit and the scones were so moist and delicious. The dessert tray was also indulgent with yummy brownies and treats. Everyone enjoyed everything they had to offer. I also added to club sandwiches to my order to keep for lunch and they were so good! They offer full customization, even when you order ahead, so you can omit or add anything you'd like. We were not offered a bag but the lady after us was had one loaf.. we had to ask for a receipt (cash payment) the lady after us he offered her one. We wanted cream for our coffee which took awhile to get. I don't feel we received the best service, we were not asking for anything special. We felt we gave extra cash to him. We swear we gave the appropriate cash amount he swears we did not so we had to give more cash. Very disappointing service. Tried the challa today and it was underdone. It was chewy. Last was the largest donut on earth that was hanging out on a tray that they were about to take away. Once you are done you walk up to the counter and they box you up and you pay. The only thing that mattered is I was a customer that had the unmitigated gall to reply in kind to a snide disrespectful waitress! A few months before that I used the restroom in Hills, and forgot to lock the bathroom door. An elderly employee who always wears a bandanna on his head walked in while I was peeing. Instead of immediately closing the door, like a normal human being would; he held the door open as wide as possible so two other customers and an 18 year old waitress could see me standing there holding my penis! Then after holding the door wide open for about 30 seconds, he said "Remember to lock the door!" As if that was not only appropriate, but part of his duties to teach customers to lock the door.
