So I said sure I could wait, and the tray they put together was absolutely beautiful. Besides the cookies, it also included some little plastic St. Patrick's Day themed rings and other decorations. Fast forward to last week, when I was tasked with bringing the dessert for a monthly board meeting. I called and again spoke with the owner, and explained what I needed. I thought it would be fun to bring some holiday-themed items, and I had seen a picture of their Yule logs on their website, so I inquired about those. We chatted about it, he asked me the type of cake and filling, I also ordered a 1 pound box of cookies and a gluten-free cupcake for one of our members, and I picked them up before the meeting two days later. Everything was absolutely perfect. Their Yule logs are beautiful - mine looked exactly like the picture on their website - and again there were little rings and other decorations on it. One of the other board members was so impressed with it that she immediately said she was ordering her own for the holidays and took several pictures of it, and everyone asked me what bakery I used.
