Quick service. Stopped into pick a cake for a colleagues bday They did an inscription in a few minutes and I was out of the door. A six inch mango mousse was close to $38/-

We had green marzipan with raspberry jam, lemon bar cake and a pecan pie. The pecan pie is a definite winner! Their cookies looked good too, will try next time. Get their pecan pie for sure

I can't say enough good things about this bakery! They seriously saved the day. I called super last minute needing a Spider-Man cake, and they somehow made it happen. Not only did it look amazing, but it tasted even better. it was a marble cake with Oreo frosting. Everyone at the party was obsessed and kept asking where it was from. The cake was so light, fluffy, and perfectly sweet, not too much, just right. You could tell it was made with care. Honestly no one could stop eating it. I'm so glad I found this place, they really came through when I needed them most! Definitely will be coming back here and will recommend it to everyone i know! Very very sweet and friendly staff. I'm just so blessed !!

My husband and I just celebrated our one year wedding anniversary. It's a running joke that our wedding venue switched our cake with another wedding's that was happening at that same venue. So unfortunately we never got to see our cake that we had designed. So my sweet, thoughtful husband had our cake recreated for our anniversary. He said Ganache was super friendly and helpful about the ordering process and the actual cake was gorgeous and absolutely delicious! It was a banana chocolate cake that was super moist with buttercream that was also amazing. I was so surprised and thrilled. Thank you for making our anniversary extra special!

What a great addition to the neighborhood. My brother-in-law recommended this bakery and I ordered my parents 40th wedding anniversary cake from them. The cake was beyond our expectations. Jorge(the owner) suggested few changes and it worked in our favor. He customized it with edible gold leafs. I highly recommend them and will definitely order from them next time. Also, they have great pastries and cupcake.

This is a cute, little bakery on the edge of a small strip mall. When you walk in you hear the ding of the bell on the door and are immediately greeted by the bakers. They take pride in their baked goods and you can taste it throughout everything I have purchased. The bakers are knowledgeable about what is in each item. But how does that translate to taste and texture? Nicely. The doughnuts I got were light and airy. The frosting on one was sweeter than I'd like, but it was still a good doughnut. The muffin I purchased was a little dry. It may have been toward then end of the shelf life. But if you get there first thing, I suspect it would be great. The prices are decent and the flavors were good. The only complaint I have with the doughnuts is the selection. Every time I have gone, they never have glazed raised doughnuts.

Well from what I learned they just open a year ago and I was craving for some sort of dessert usually I just wanted one cake but then I saw the other desserts and it made me crave for more. So far the pastry dessert are ok. I started eating the eclair first that I took a picture of and it's thick but it the center is not as sweet despite the chocolate. I've tasted sweeter eclairs but this was okay it wasn't terrible but it wasn't the best next to the texture it felt cold like it came from the freezer. Pastry was a bit too thick on the eau Claire and the center cream felt too solid and like it came from the refrigerator cold too long. As for the German Black Forest now that was much better the frosting or icing was just right and tasted traditionally like a German forest cake. . Probably if I come back here I'll stop by for the cupcakes and some other desserts I never heard of. Service was average as they just started. Ambiance is so pretty traditional bakery on Waukegan road I wish they would have served milk instead of coffee only and they're really just the bakery for just ordering your pastries and going since there was just one table that's the three stars. Also no bathroom but I guess their intention is just to sell sweets and not have anybody dining in for just one slice of cake and eau Claire?

I gotta say the food is pretty good! My favorites are obviously their renowned eggrolls. We personally enjoyed the beef and pork filled lumpia. Other favorites were the Binondo fried chicken, the Mushroom and Tofu Adobo, Lechon Kawali and the cholesterol inducing Crispy Pata! LoL! Service was courteous, albeit slow, but when the food came out the quality shined. I would love to return to have more eggrolls, try out their sweets (they have a big selection) and come back for the Beef Pares-Miki Noodle. I liked the modern Tagalog/Filipino music selection along with the spacious and comfy seating. They have a good sized parking lot and it's definitely a solid place to enjoy Filipino food.

After a long day of walking, talking, and imagining his future, we were more than ready for a comforting dinner. Tita Mia's has been a staple for us ever since a very good friend introduced it to our family a couple of years ago, and it has become a non‑negotiable stop every time we're in town. The moment you step inside, you're greeted by their inviting pastry area, an instant mood‑setter that hints at the good meal ahead. As we walked further in, the ambiance washed over me with a wave of nostalgia. Everything about the space, the décor, the warmth, the familiar scents, reminds me of home in Manila. It's the kind of place that makes you feel like you're about to enjoy a true Filipino dinner, not just a restaurant meal. Since it wasn't too busy, we were seated right away and our server took our order promptly. Service was quick and friendly, which we always appreciate after a long day. We ordered some of our favorites: Kare-Kare, sisig, and lumpiang gulay. Each entrée comes with rice, so there was no need to order extra. The food arrived fast and piping hot. Their Kare-Kare is exceptional, rich, creamy, and full of that deep peanut flavor that instantly brought me back to my mom's cooking. The sisig came out sizzling just the way it should, perfectly cooked and not overly salty like versions I've had elsewhere. And the lumpiang gulay was freshly fried, crisp, and absolutely perfect when dipped in vinegar and paired with rice. By the end of the meal, we were happily stuffed, with enough leftovers to take home. Tita Mia's continues to be one of those places that feels like a warm hug, consistent, comforting, and deeply satisfying. We'll always make it a point to come back, and I highly recommend it to anyone craving authentic Filipino flavors.

I would be really careful pulling in and out, I've seen a few cars get a little too close for comfort to pedestrians walking to and from the entrance. There's a Stan's Donuts inside if you need a breakfast pick-me-up, and I appreciate how the store feels relatively divided up into bakery, produce, and shelf stable areas (and so forth). Compared to other big box stores, it somehow feels more manageable the way they set up the walls and hallways. I think it's sometimes confusing to see, especially in the dairy and meat aisles, what they put in the center freezers and fridges versus along the wall. They have an Amazon return counter on the side opposite of the entrance (since that's the least convenient place they could have put it for people making returns, I can only assume it was by design and they're hoping that people will do some shopping whilst they're in there). At that end there is a single exit-only door right by the Amazon counter, so you can avoid temptation by leaving there.
