The delivery times for Panago are always good. Usually here at the Leduc location of Panago they'll say 30 to 45 minutes and they'll be there in 25, particularly if you're not ordering on a Friday/Saturday night at supper. I like Panago because the pizza isn't super greasy, and it has a a decent balance of toppings to cheese to sauce to crust ratio. They also have a good variety of pizzas including standard ones like pepperoni and ham and pineapple, as well as fusion-pizza flavors like the bbq pizza or butter chicken. Panago's regular crust is a bit thicker than I usually like, but last time I ordered pizza I noticed (after the fact) they have a thinner crust so I'll have to try that next time. Other downside to Panago is they can be expensive, but they often have a deal on, so if you get the deal pizza it's not bad. While there are better pizza restaurants out there to sit down and eat at if I'm looking for delivery I'll stick with Panago.

There's a lot of parking and the carts did not require coins (quarters) to use. COViD protocols are followed here and there was a person there to wipe down my cart before using. I wasn't sure what to expect cuz google reviews referred to it as a desi store, and their store opening neighbourhood mail out noted it was a south Asian grocer. I was pleasantly surprised that there's a ton of variety here catering to all sorts of Asian groceries as well as western groceries. The building is brightly lit and the produce is plentiful, fresh, lots of different kinds (including Asian veggies) and affordable (I saw no bruising or wilting on the fruits and veggies either). I'd say a large majority of the store caters to East Indians which suits the demographic here, but there was also lots of foods that specifically target Filipino, Korean, Chinese, etc. that would usually be found by going to multiple specialty shops...I'm glad it's like a one stop shop! There were a lot of discounted goods too and some even have stickers with additional savings at checkout; $5 fully decorated fudge cake?... Um yes please!! Honestly, I walked in for fruit and came out an hour later like a bandit! There's even some interesting flavours like fruit HP sauce, or masala smoked chicken deli meat. I am also impressed they sell a good variety of meat skewers and halal meat. They also sell reusable grocery bags if you forget your own, or you can ask for a box which is free. You can also opt to donate $10 for a mystery grocery food bag to be donated to the less fortunate fortunate. Then she remembered this delivery service: they quickly fetched what we specified from Lucky 97, the selection and prices was great (although not the same as what's advertised on the store flyer), and the delivery is free with orders over $30. We reveled in the soup, stayed indoors, and had a fabulous evening! Thank you, ClickeMart, without whom we'd be cold, frazzled, and surely having fight night (and not date night)!

However, the service keeps sliding downhill each week. I don't know if all the great employees quit after 2019 but 2020 has been riddled with errors. Out of seven total deliveries so far, two have had missing items and I'm not a fan of the policy that doesn't just refund the money to your credit card. They give you store credit towards your next purchase as a default. If I'm consistently getting wrong orders, I'm going to start going elsewhere and don't want to go through the hassle of requesting a refund. My last order was confirmed delivered by email and the delivery person didn't even go to the right address, which caused a lot of stress because I had an invoice, had a confirmation, but the customer service person couldn't get the driver on the phone. The customer service person was supposed to call me back to confirm it was being redelivered. They didn't. The food was eventually delivered but the drivers never knock so I have no idea when it was delivered. I just happened to stumble across my delivery an hour after I got off the phone with support when I went to take out the trash. Completely sub-par quality control and delivery even though the products are great.

Their website can be very "glitchy", and even though I had canceled this order multiple times apparently the order was still on their books. I received a text telling me it was going to be delivered. I was at an appt at the Cross Cancer, weigh 90 pounds, and cannot bring the order in myself. I tried to tell the "customer care" representative my issue. I put that in quotations as she didn't "care" at all and just kept repeating that it was my fault for not submitting my order properly. She did call the driver and instruct him not to deliver my order as I am not physically able to carry it in the house myself and my son was away for the weekend. Even though the driver didn't deliver the food I was charged for it. I have repeatedly attempted to contact a supervisor and I am repeatedly told someone will get in contact with me. They have not. What they have done is charge my credit card so now.....already weighing 90 pounds....battling leukaemia.....I have no more grocery money for the remainder of September. Shame on you Spud! I have suspended delivery as apparently I can't even cancel my account or remove my payment information, and no one calls me. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM SPUD.....THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU AT ALL!!!!!! As you can see from the photo I took of the calendar that I did not have an order of over$150.00 for that day. they don't care!
