We had been looking for cars for a while and were kind of exhausted of going around searching for cars. We tried to lower the price but the manager (in a very rude manner) disclosed he was not going to lower the price because it included "all fees and full warranty". When it was time to pay, the price rose up an extra thousand because of 'dealership fees', and the warranty changed from full to 50% coverage.. When we asked about this, the salesman said "it's a great offer, the LEAST you can do is accept this price because we are losing money selling it at this price" Then when we were at one of the offices some other guy came in speaking spanish, I suppose he didn't imagine I understood spanish and he was ranting about some other client "old woman that brought a car back to get the radio and her 'c*nt' fixed" Unquestionably the worst experience I've had in Florida

Make sure the diesel vehicle you purchase is actually in compliance with all…read morefederal regulations concerning the emissions system before purchase - do NOT assume that this is the case just because you are purchasing from a dealership, instead of a private seller. I recently moved from Florida to another state and attempted to transfer the vehicle's registration, only to discover it cannot pass the state-mandated safety inspection because the exhaust system has been modified/altered and a portion removed to bypass the DEF system. This dealership sold this vehicle in violation of the Clean Air Act and FL state law, XXIII, Ch. 316, Section 2935(1)(a). The dealership failed to disclose this information, and by selling a vehicle with a removed emissions control system, the dealership has engaged in deceptive practices and potentially made it impossible for me to legally register and operate this vehicle. I would not have purchased this vehicle had I been aware of its altered emissions/exhaust system. After becoming aware, I contacted the dealership 6 times over 3 days, only for the manager to never be there and that my call would be returned - never returned my call. I even sent a text to the salesman and relayed he sent my concerns to the manager...again..no call. Husband drove the van to the dealership and they claimed not to know anything about my complaint. Their response: we deleted the system after purchase or some random stranger removed the parts while it was parked on my gated property. Right... okay, 1000% did not. Beyond frustrated at this point at their utter lack of attempt to even remotely make this right. Their suggestion: just continue to register/insure it in FL - yet, I no longer live there - ridiculous. This place is a joke

Instead, I was given a completely different third-party key, and I was told I would receive information later to obtain the proper FOB. That never happened. Honda quoted me around $275 plus tax just to cut and program a replacement key/fob for the vehicle. Every time I followed up with the dealership, I was given the runaround and told the car was sold "as is." Second, the pricing and financing process felt extremely misleading. I was initially told my payments would be around $367 monthly, but after fees and paperwork, the payment ended up being about $400. Important details were not properly explained before I signed. I also noticed the contract listed the vehicle at around 43,000 miles, but by the time I drove it off the lot it was already showing around 46,000 miles. What became even worse was the financing situation afterward. The dealership apparently could not secure financing through a bank, yet they continued having me make monthly payments directly to them instead. My checks were being deposited into the dealership's account rather than through an actual lender. During this process, my credit was negatively affected. The experience became so stressful and unprofessional that I ultimately had to hire a lawyer to resolve the issue. After legal involvement, the dealership was forced to take the vehicle back and issue me a full refund. It was an exhausting and horrible experience overall. While the staff may come across as friendly during the sales process, I personally felt misled and poorly handled throughout the entire ordeal. I strongly recommend that anyone considering buying a vehicle here carefully steer clear. Don't waste your time or your money.
