Our server, Alvero, was one of the most gregarious and accommodating servers ever. I asked for hot sauce and he had the kitchen whip up this oil and chili based sauce that really added what I needed. We ordered the texana fajitas and they were sizzling for awhile after they arrived. They were the perfect mix of proteins and veggies cooked beautifully.
