The food is always amazing I freaking love it here and will always recommend this place to anyone if I could eat this food everyday I absolutely would. The service is great the workers are always so nice and sometimes cheerful, and helpful when it comes to choosing items off the menu. The food is good for the price they have, however the past 5 times i have gone there they have added cheese (an allergy my wife has) and cilantro despite being asked not to. The staff are very unprofessional and rude. The food here is ok but most of the staff was almost always rude whenever my husband and I would come, especially in the drive-through. I came here the other night and ordered a few items. I had ordered a bean and cheese burrito with sour cream. They definitely charged me for the sour cream but I didn't get any in the burrito. I also ordered a carne asada torta. When I tried to pick it up I noticed I was having a hard time. That was because the bottom bread was so soggy and thin. It was as thin as a crepe. I tried to eat the torta upside down but it had absolutely no flavor! It was so bad that my dogs didn't even want the meat from it. I called to let them know and ofcourse, there was no manager or supervisor. I told them I wanted a refund and the kid on the phone said he would let his manager know. I had the chili relleno meal, it was perfect, they used a real nice big pepper, the beans and rice had so much flavor I really couldn't believe it, most places are bland but not here, they were very good! We also had a chorizo breakfast burrito and it was a BEAST! Totaling in at almost 1 1/2lbs, it made sense why it was a $7 burrito, there was enough left for lunch the next day. The one thing thing to encourage is better customer service, that's a free fix. BUT anyway this restaurant was my favorite when stationed at Riley. Open 24hrs! Been here three times, trying to be honest about the food as I've been there late night, evening and during lunch. 1; late night street tacos and cardne asada burrito...Meat is very bland and portions were extremely small for the price. They just use some type of steak not your typical cardne asada that you would expect. 2; cardne asada fries, they were better with the meat it was seasoned a LITTLE BIT, good portion. The green and red salsa is good. 3; two plates, steak burrito plate (rice and beans) and cardne asada burrito added side of rice and beans. Not much changed no real flavor nor seasoning used in the food. Seems like all "Mexican" restaurants use can beans around here. I won't go back. 5/5 Stars. First time trying Panchos was today. I was initially impressed with the fresh salsa bar. Fresh limes, pickled peppers, onions, radishes, and so many authentic and fresh salsas. The food was GREAT. It was quick and flavorful. I tried a combo plate. The rice was flavorful, the beans were on point, the taco was MY FAVorite. In house fried taco shell, shredded beef. The red sauce on my enchiladas was homemade and delicious. The queso was delicious. Chips were hot and crispy. The guacamole chips were awesome too- guad was creamy and covered all the chips. The building is dated and no frills (inside and out)...a little on the scroungy side, to be honest, but I'm betting the kitchen is clean. The food makes up for this and prices are great too. When you see a crew of construction workers queueing up for lunch, you can bet that it's gonna be good food at a good price. I had three rolled tacos with guac and it came on a plate full of lettuce and cheese...excellent.
