2/5 stars. Unfortunately, my experience at Pancho's was a mixed bag. The atmosphere was vibrant and festive, perfect for a fun night out. However, the food fell short. The staff is very nice. The steak in my burrito was overcooked and tough, while the enchiladas lacked depth and flavor. Maybe I just caught them on a bad night, but for now, I'd say it is just average. Enchiladas with chicken - No flavor. The strip of beef served with the meal was over cooked and chewed like leather. My friend ordered nachos. Again - no flavor. He said after 30 chews on a piece of meat - it wasn't worth eating. No reason to come back. read more

Went here for the first time tonight . My food was good, but the service and what my friend got was what receives the 2 stars. My friend asked our server if there was a taco salad, and she said that most people will ask for the nachos but add lettuce. My friend decided on that, but asked for no meat. Once we got our food, her handful of salad was on top of cheese (looked like the kind of cheese you get with your nachos at a sporting event). My friend asked if she could get some more salad, due to the quantity of it and the cheese. When we got the bill, $1.50 was added to the bill for lettuce. Considering she asked for no meat, she asked for the $1.50 to be taken off. The server put up a huge fight about it, saying that she had told my friend it would be an up charge (which she definitely did NOT). It was an unpleasant experience with the server, and I will not be back due to it. The food wasn't good enough to pardon the service. Disappointing. read more

Hidden gem. Not a huge place, but open and spacious. Amazing chips and salsa to start. Dinners came with a trio of salsas that were also great. I'm surprised this place isn't busier on a Saturday afternoon. read more

Huevos rancheros were absolutely delicious. This is a very nondescript looking place but the food is really terrific. My companions had various meat related items and they were also very pleased. Service was fast and friendly. Prices are reasonable. 4 stars. read more

Today I purchased this burrito for myself and a burrito for my boss. Mine had Chorizo, potatoes, cheese, eggs, avacado, tomatoes and onions. My bosses had ground beef, cheese, lettuce, rice, beans, sour cream, and pico de gallo. Great size burritos. The tomatillo salsa is so good. Both of us were satisfied and will be back. read more

Ordered two large burritos and one small. Asked for 2 hot sauces each. Some girl, sitting outside the checkout area, on her phone, told the guy I'm only allowed 4 hot sauces. I had to pay for the rest. You could tell she was just a miserable person. I had to argue for 2 more hot sauces which was very reasonable for what I ordered. She made my experience here bad. I can't believe in today's economy you want to fight with your paying customers over 2 hot sauces. read more

I ordered the small wet burrito and a chicken taco. I was pleased with the amount of filling that came in the chicken taco. The chips they give you are thick and obviously homemade, but the salsa is very tomatoey and has no kick. The small burrito was huge. I only ate half of it. The wet sauce was like straight up tomato sauce, which wasn't good by itself, but complimented the burrito pretty nicely. Good prices. I'll definitely be going back. read more

Excellent food! We have been to the food truck location many times before and they have never disappointed. The food was exactly the same, delicious and filling. We got the taco dinner and I'll be hard pressed to try anything else they were that good. Their green hot salsa is a must try when you go, not just hot but super flavorful. The waitress we had was very friendly, and super accommodating. 5 stars for sure and more if I could. Living close to this new location we hope to be a regular! read more

I can only give 2 stars because of the nice lady at the restaurant. But for the food that I got just an hour ago 4 pm on March 15 well I can only give actually a half star, but you Yelp does not have that, we ordered the chicken Mexicana and the chicken Ranchero for take out, the sauce on both meals is hard to find and I am really sorry to say that from both meals the chicken is very dry, I suspect that the chicken was pre made and just heated up, the rice was okay and the refried beans taste like they come out of a can. And totally no salad or guacamole, Again the 2 stars is for being nice towards the service and owner, but paying 25 dollars and an extra 5 bucks tip is now in the trash can. Usually we go to our local Cancun on marketplace, but since I read an article in the local Grand Ledge paper, about them being so great, I wanted to give it a try and don't get me wrong I am not spoiled about getting good food, but these 2 meals are an embarrassment. So glad the Grand Ledge food truck with the same name now has a sit down restaurant. This is a local, family owned business serving authentic Mexican food. The salsa is especially delicious. I had a small ground beef burrito. Order the large if you want leftovers. We will be back and highly recommend! read more

I've been here a couple times and to be honest have only gotten one thing, the chicken flautas...they're that good! The received beans are delicious too so definitely make sure you get those with your meal or order a side. Service was quick and the staff friendly. The restaurant appears to be clean and I haven't had a complaint. Unfortunately I have yet to see the place really busy so I hope the word gets out and more people go because I would hate to see lack of business affect the owners. read more

When the sit down restaurant first opened we ordered the Nachos and they were awesome. We stopped back on 6/19/19 to have Nachos & they were greasy. Our chips were swimming in grease and the liquid cheese, so much that we had to eat our Nachos with a fork. I was surprised there was no regular cheese sprinkled on top or no refried beans. I thought the first time they were part of the Nachos. I ran across 1 sliver of avocado on top. I asked if they had put the meat & cheese on chips and heated in the microwave, and they said no. Also very little lettuce or tomato on top-------just greasy meat & canned cheese. They said next time to ask them to drain the meat and they would dry it out on the griddle, shouldn't have to ask, should be a automatic thing. Real cheese and refried beans would be a plus. I make a killer Nachos at home and not greasy, use real cheese, lots of lettuce/tomato, mix my refried beans into my drained taco meat. The salsa they use also was orange color and not using chunk tomatoes/onions. The only chunk was the cilentro in it.. read more
