    We found out at 15 weeks that we were having a baby Girl!! Started out with a 60 min massage, it was relaxing and therapist was good. Not the best massage ever, certainly not the worst. Still a great deal for the money. My husband met me when it was time for our ultrasound and the tech was super friendly and informed us we were having a girl. Took photos and videos. (For some reason i thought the video would be one long video that tells you what baby is so you could share with family. Lol this is not the case. Its 3 or 4 short clips, 10 seconds, of baby moving. Still cool and glad we got! Just putting this out there for all those who thought it might be a gender reveal video.) I had an ultrasound at my doctors office at 18 weeks and they too were confident it was a girl. Will know for sure next week at my 20 week exam. :) the front desk girl was super nice too. All in all, great experience for our gender reveal!! May return as I get closer for more detailed pictures of our peanut. One suggestion for Pancitas might be to look into installing a Webcam so family can log in. (Pretty sure this option most people pay an additional fee to log in and view. Guaranteed $$$ Making strategy that I know people would jump on.) ;)

    Such a great experience! Appointment started on time, they have cute baby clothes and accessories in the lobby area, everyone is professional and polite, and my baby looks beautiful in 3d!! (Maybe I'm just biased) I drove 30 minutes to come to this location so I was really hoping it would turn out perfect...which it did! I highly recommend this place for ultrasound packages. Such a great and fun idea and keepsake to have. I'm glowing leaving this place...my husband too!

    The prenatal massage is actually on a special table instead of laying on a side. Feels good and helps the back.

    do not use pom mri cooper city the radiologists do not read the ct scans correctly. once you become…read morea patient (give them your money and insurance card so they can bill for more money) and pay them your deductible they will never acknowledge you, return a call or email and you will be discarded. i was scheduled for a ct abd and pelvis 2 weeks ago. they results were faxed (antiquated means of transmission in 2026) on monday, 6/1/2026, to which my doctors office called me later that day with the results. this is when we realized the ct scan pelvis omitted the ovaries, fallopian tubes, ureters and sigmoid colon. i have been calling, leaving messages and emailing to have the scan re-read for the 4 days and zero response. no return email, no return phone calls, complete silence. my gyn attempted to call and they told her to send an email. i have never in over 30 years in the medical field had such a poor display of professionalism as i have from pom mri cooper city. they are quick to take your money yet refuse to provide the basic of services ie; read the films correctly and fully. drew the owner does not accept or return calls. jennifer the suprevisor does not return or accept calls. the office will not provide an email for either person only a general email for the center that never gets read or responded to. the medical records department does not return calls and you are unable to obtain your records. read that again, they refuse to release your records!!!!! all I need is for my pelvic scan to be read in its entirety yet nobody from POM MRI has contacted me back. I would have given less stars but if i do they can have it removed. at this point I am questioning the accuracy of the report that was read.

We made it absolutely clear that this was urgent. By Friday morning, we followed up again and stressed that we needed the report immediately to proceed with a critical orthopedic appointment. We were told the request had been submitted and that it would be handled. That turned out to be empty reassurance. As of now, there is still no report. No urgency, no communication, no accountability. Meanwhile, my daughter is in pain, and we are left worrying about improper healing and long-term damage because of this delay. This is not just "bad service." When a diagnostic center delays results in an urgent case like this, they are actively putting patients at risk. In this case, a child. What makes it worse is the complete lack of follow-through. Once payment is taken, it feels like the responsibility ends there. No one takes ownership, and no one seems to care about the consequences. If your situation is even slightly urgent, do not rely on this place. You may end up paying the price in ways that actually matter your health.

The ultrasound tech was nice. She had a student trainer with her and after she was done with my ultrasound she asked if the student could practice definitely felt like a guinea pig moment lol but I understand hands- on learning is one of the best ways to learn. It was harmless and painless. The one thing I did not like was the gentleman in the front. Everytime a patient/ customer asked him a question he had an attitude. I noticed there was a mistake done over the phone with some of my information and when I told him about the change he seemed annoyed.

My latest venture to one was earlier this month when I returned from a road trip, feeling ill. Suspecting I needed antibiotics, I went to Baptist one day after work. Some paperwork, a few tests, and a couple of hours later, I was out. I did indeed need antibiotics. This location gives you the option to either have your prescription sent to the pharmacy, or for a fee, get them on site at the InstyMeds machine. I would up paying the fee and getting them there as I was just dead tired. My prescription was for five days, and a couple of days after this, I saw my doctor. Said doctor switched my antibiotic because I felt awful only to have Baptist call the next day that the original antibiotic was the correct one. After following up with my doctor, I went back to the original one, and I wanted to just pass out, but I somehow stomached it, even going so far as to get a second dose of antibiotics because I still felt like garbage. Well, weeks later, I'm finally well again, so aside from this back and forth, no harm done. Just happy it's all over and done with.

As someone who has consistently experienced major health issues throughout my life, trust that I know my body well enough to know when it's time to go to the ER. However, if he had told me something concrete that he was concerned about, I would have taken him seriously. Instead, he was argumentative as I tried to explain my situation to him. He ended by telling me that they were open only because he was there, so what he said goes. I've never had such an interaction with a doctor and I wish I'd asked for his name so that next time I need to visit urgent care, I can make sure he's not the doctor on duty.

To make matters worse the help is rude. The worst part of this exercise was the technician who lied to me when I asked why the MRI was taking so long and she said,"You moved." I didn't move except to breath. I've had twenty plus MRIs and I've never had one take two hours. Please avoid this place; it's just awful.

As I observed the staff, a couple of them had attitudes with each other and the patients. One in particular was rude to the receptionist and loudly discused customer billing and insurance matters. Rude comes to mind. The receptionist who was processing all the patients was very nice and cogenial though. I don't understand why service providers provide such bad service. If staff have personal issues, they should quit and get a job they like. I hate paying for terrible service. Generally when customer service is poor, the quality of the work is bad also. I can only hope that the expensive MRI quality is better than the staff quality. The source of this problem has to be the hiring manager. They would have to clear out the bad staff and hire better staff in order to have a chance of getting more of my business. My recommendation is to go somewhere else. There are other much better similar places that offer quality customer service with almost in a spa like environment.
