My mom had arrived early at 9:45, only to find the spa completely closed--despite signage saying they open at 10. No lights on, no staff present. She decided to wait, but the staff didn't show up until 10:37am. Whoever opened the door didn't seem to know who my mom was or what service she was there for, which was concerning since I had booked and paid well in advance. It was clear they were disorganized. Despite paying for a 90-minute massage, my mom only received 60 minutes. She said the massage was "okay," but it felt rushed--not the relaxing experience I intended for her. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing situation. If you're considering VIP Foot Spa, do not pay ahead, and manage your expectations. They never ask you any questions just open a door let you in and then close it. I was confused so opened the door and she says take it off. Ok now I know she won't be walking back in for a min and get ready and under the sheets. During the massage I felt comfortable and she gave me a quality professional massage. They have lots of other services and apparently a sauna which a tour would have been nice. Can't beat the price and quality so I will be back and perhaps try and ask more questions about the space.

Tip: For the past few times I tried to "walk-in", the buzzer in the front might not have been working. It's easier to call ahead (or call in front of the door) & schedule and appointment. I have done 1 hour massage and 30min "chair" massages. It is sort of a combination of Thai & Swedish massage where they knead & stretch you like a dough and walk on your back, etc. (It may feel weird if you think the hotel spa massage is the only kind of massage.) I felt pretty awesome right after the massage, and even greater the next day, and the later ... I come here instead of going to chiropractors whenever I have back problems! The rate is $30/30 min (cheap) for the chair massage. (It wasn't really a Chair massage... I still laid on the massage table and she gave me a regular full massage on my body.)
