I asked if I could call to schedule in January since she told me the first 2 weeks in January wouldn't work. She replied she doesn't do that and walked out of the room. Mind you I have 5 prepaid facials and 2 prepaid sauna sessions that have not been used. In my experience, Tracy was consistently adding on services that I never asked for, so every visit ended up being way more than anticipated. He called to book the appt and I had to do was show up. It's only a few minute walk from the redline. Upon arrival, I was welcomed and greeted by the receptionist who then took me to the back room to get my scalp tested. Def a unique experience. Then the treatment started.
