One of the biggest things we love is the curriculum. They have a curriculum starting with the infant classrooms and continuing all the way up through the older kids, so it's not just a place where you're dropping your child off for the day. There is a real focus on learning, development, and age-appropriate activities at every stage. It's really nice knowing that as our kids get older, they will continue to be learning and growing in the same environment. The staff are another huge reason we love it here. Everyone we've interacted with has been so caring and kind, and we really feel like they genuinely care about the kids. They are also very responsive when we message, which is something I personally appreciate so much as a parent. Being able to ask a question or check on something and actually get a response makes a huge difference. We also LOVE all of the pictures and videos we get throughout the day. It's so fun getting little updates and seeing what the kids are doing while we're at work. And the live feeds are probably one of my favorite features. I love being able to check in and see my kids throughout the day, especially when I'm missing them. It gives you that extra little bit of reassurance that they're happy, safe, and having fun. We also really appreciate how consistent the school is. They don't seem to close at the last minute all the time, which is a huge deal when you're working and have childcare you have to rely on. Their sickness policies are also very clear and reasonable. You know what the rules are regarding when your child can come in, when they need to stay home, and when they're able to return, which takes a lot of the guesswork out of things. Another little thing we really appreciate is that diapers and wipes are included. It may seem like a small thing, but when you already have a million things to remember as a parent, not having to constantly pack and bring diapers and wipes is one less thing on the list! The pricing is pretty average compared to other daycare options, but for us, the overall experience makes it worth it. We toured several other places before making our decision, and there really was no comparison. The vibe of this school, the condition of the facility, the staff, and the way the kids interacted with everyone just felt different. We walked into other places and had more questions or concerns, but here we immediately felt comfortable. And probably the most important thing of all: our kids (and all kids thereactually seem happy to be there. That is something we don't take for granted. Seeing your child excited to go in, comfortable with their teachers, and happy when you pick them up is the best feeling as a parent. We're so happy we chose this school for our family, and now having both of our children there makes us feel even more confident that we made the right choice. This was the second daycare we toured, and we were surprised at how quickly we felt at-ease. After Principal Shannon gave us a tour of the classrooms and curriculum, we knew that they were fully committed to the best experience for both parents and children. I expected the first month to be rougher, but in truth it wasn't. I got frequent updates of how my son was doing after drop off from Ms. Karen and Ms. Shannon, along with photos of our little guy assimilating in his new environment. I also enjoyed seeing the photos from the Vrutti app of class activities and the children playing with each other. I'd always hold my breath to see our son's nap duration, but I was surprised at how well he was sleeping so soon. We thought we would ease into daycare with a 3 day a week schedule, but our only regret is not going 5 days sooner! My husband and I can now work soundly knowing our child is in extremely capable hands. All the staff are very forthcoming as well if your child seems off/sick, had an accident, etc. There is a strong culture of honesty and integrity here. So after almost 4 months, I can confidently say the staff at KLA have been a true blessing. We are not stressed about call-offs or our son being bored at home anymore with the same stations. He is so advanced at 14 months, learning how to hold pencils and playing with his friends in class. Baby Nido teachers Ms. Sayantani, Ms. Cristina, and Ms. Eva are the dream team. Leaving your kids with non-family can be difficult in any capacity, but the Baby Nido teachers are true professionals. Right now my son is at 3s room and have been happy during the entire journey. The teachers and administration treat the all of the children as their own, and the knowledge my young children bring home every day is amazing. I could truly go on and on about about the teachers and staff at KLA. As a working parent you tend to feel guilty about leaving your kids on a daily basis. However, after so much time spent at KLA, I actually feel a little guilty on the days they are NOT there because I know they are probably having more fun and are learning more when they are there! You can feel confident that your children are in great hands when you are gone. Just don't feel bad when they cry when you come to pick them up because they don't want to leave... Every classroom he's been in has been an excellent experience. The teachers are attentive and great at communication. Please don't think of this as your average daycare. The teachers who care for the kids are truly teaching our little guy so much. Every single day he comes home sharing what he's learned, sharing new experiences, arts and crafts and he genuinely enjoys being there. Lastly, I cannot speak highly enough of the facility leadership. They communicate so well with us, they're always cheerful, and they have strong bonds with the kids who attend.
