I also felt they expected far too much from a 2-year-old and treated normal toddler behavior like a major problem. Instead of properly redirecting and teaching him, they would take the easiest route. For example, I was told they let him color on himself with marker because it was "better than him hitting other kids." That isn't teaching--it's laziness. My son regularly came home extremely dirty despite having extra clothes in his cubby, and on one occasion came home with his underwear extremely soiled with stool, which made me question how closely he was being supervised. I repeatedly brought up concerns and rarely felt they were actually addressed. Overall, I felt like my son was blamed instead of being properly guided and cared for. I would not recommend this daycare.

This was the second daycare we toured, and we were surprised at how quickly we felt at-ease. After Principal Shannon gave us a tour of the classrooms and curriculum, we knew that they were fully committed to the best experience for both parents and children. I got frequent updates of how my son was doing after drop off from Ms. Karen and Ms. Shannon, along with photos of our little guy assimilating in his new environment. I also enjoyed seeing the photos from the Vrutti app of class activities and the children playing with each other. I'd always hold my breath to see our son's nap duration, but I was surprised at how well he was sleeping so soon. We thought we would ease into daycare with a 3 day a week schedule, but our only regret is not going 5 days sooner! My husband and I can now work soundly knowing our child is in extremely capable hands. All the staff are very forthcoming as well if your child seems off/sick, had an accident, etc. There is a strong culture of honesty and integrity here. So after almost 4 months, I can confidently say the staff at KLA have been a true blessing. We are not stressed about call-offs or our son being bored at home anymore with the same stations. He is so advanced at 14 months, learning how to hold pencils and playing with his friends in class. Baby Nido teachers Ms. Sayantani, Ms. Cristina, and Ms. Eva are the dream team. Leaving your kids with non-family can be difficult in any capacity, but the Baby Nido teachers are true professionals. My daughter attends this daycare for 3hours for morning and aftercare she is school age everything should be included in the tuition. Also I was advised by Keisha that my daughter could not start until child care assistance was approved unless I did self pay upfront and my account would be credited the amount I paid towards tuition once approved. That was a lie. My child care was approved from the date my child initially started March 23,2026. So they were back paid from the state and can't explain why my account is not being credited properly. I paid them $628 towards tuition before I was approved by the state. $257 of that money was credited for the month of April only. They charged me $92 for the one week in March she attended but can't explain why because my tuition is supposed to be $67 a week with assistance. I filled out a withdrawal form yesterday April 21st because I'm tired of them trying to over charge me stating that May 22,2026 would be her last day attending the daycare. So she will only be attending Daycare 3 weeks in May which should be covered by what I previously paid on the account if my tuition is $67 weekly. They sent a form home today back dated for 4/17 for fees for the full Month of May. But still can't explain what happened to the money I already paid towards the account. What I paid already should cover the total 8 weeks my daughter is attending this daycare. They still looking for me to pay more money and have not credited what I have already paid them as promised. Why am I being billed for 4 weeks in May and she only attending 3?
