This is our local go to for Chinese. I find the food to be good and typical for this kind of take out. (Panda is for all practical purposes a takeout restaurant as it only has maybe 1?or 2? tables. The vegatable soup is a favorite of mine. The vegatables are fresh and have a nice crunch. I also opt of chicken and broccoli very often and it is also very good. Great food- i got Large shrimp fried rice and SS chicken. As well as the crab Rangoon and it was all great. Price ended up being around 34 dollars. Service was simple enough you walk in they give you your food and you walk out. They werent rude and i had no issues. read more

The food here is disgusting it has my stomach turning every time I now refuse to eat any Chinese food cause of this place. The service is horrible I live up the street and it takes 2 hours for the food to come and it's not even a big orders. I highly don't recommend. read more

This chinese place is better than others in Batavia. It is sometimes hard to understand what the staff are saying but that is expected. Its a small place with only 3 tables. Most people order out. When you order they get right on it to get it to you fast. Everytime I've been here it is never busy, but they do good business. Panda was my go-to Chinese spot until I discovered Yume Asian Bistro. I haven't gone to Panda in about 6 months but my boyfriend got a gift card for his birthday so we decided to use it, we had called and order and asked ahead of time if the gift card was applicable and were told yes. Once he arrived to pick up the food he was told no gift cards? Frustrated, we chose another place to eat. Honestly, Yume is so much better with a much happier atmosphere for relatively the same price so I would recommend skipping Panda and getting Yume for better food and service! read more

We order from here all the time. Best Chinese in Batavia. Always fresh and hot. Only one time order was messed up. I ordered garlic chicken and when I got home there was no chicken, just veggies. I told them next time I went in and they made it right, no charge. Great family business. We will always come back here. And they remember me every time I come in. read more

In addition to your entree, you choose pork fried rice or white rice; soup or crab rangoon. Prices are very reasonable. My disabled veteran father & I along with his Service Dog went to Panda Chinese place to have our dinner August 8th about 5:30pm. We were served, but the one female server was very annoyed we had a LICENSED SERVICE DOG with us. She knew enough English to tell us "It okay this time, but next time he need to wait outside. No animal in restaurant". My father & I both tried to explain the dog was a full service dog, showing her his Service vest the dog was wearing, & also getting the paperwork out of my dad's wallet to show he has a legal right to have his dog at his side wherever he is. She wouldn't look at my dads a per work. Instead she kept telling us not to bring the dog back next time. The female server was annoyed with us trying to nicely tell her we CAN take his dog into restaurants & she thought we were lying. She stopped talking to us, acted like she didn't understand English, and refused to look at us while we explained the Dog situation. She kept redirecting her opinion that "No animal in NO restaurants!". My dad was very uncomfortable with the way this lady treated him by the way she insisted WE were wrong for bringing in a SERVICE DOG. My dad packed up what he had been eating at the table we were sitting at & asked me to take him someplace different to have dinner. My dad was nearly in tears. This place needs to UNDERSTAND the laws better about SERVICE DOGS. After we were treated this way, I do not recommend ANYONE give them business. A service dog for my dad, is my dad's entire life. To be told my father would refused service by Panda Restaurant the next time he goes back with the dog is a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. We tried to explain that the Dog is LEGALLY able to go ANYWHERE my dad goes, but she wanted NOTHING to hear about it. Disabled Veterans or anyone else that is disabled that needs a service dog at their side, this restaurant is NOT acceptable of your service animal... EVEN THOUGH WITH PROVEN PAPER WORK THEU ARE LEAGAL TO BE AT THE DISABLED PERSON'S SIDE AT ALL TIMES. My dad said he is no longer doing business with this restaurant, & I didn't know what to do other than post a review about this place. I wish I knew how to pass this news on better somehow. I will not be recommending this place to anyone & I refuse to go here again. read more
