He was very kind and prepared my ideal order, despite it being marked as "sold out" on the website (it seemed their site was having technical difficulties that day). The food was prepared within a few minutes. This was definitely some of the best Tonkotsu Ramen I've had in Rochester. The Chashu had a perfect texture, but wasn't very flavorful.
