Luckily, a gentleman answered the door and explained that on slow days they often close the dining area but are still available for take out. He was very kind and prepared my ideal order, despite it being marked as "sold out" on the website (it seemed their site was having technical difficulties that day). The food was prepared within a few minutes. This was definitely some of the best Tonkotsu Ramen I've had in Rochester. The Chashu had a perfect texture, but wasn't very flavorful. But I'll chalk it up to an off day. I will absolutely be going back. I hope next time I'll be able to sit inside, but the menu is big with many dishes I look forward to trying.
