The food is quite good and the owners are very kind and accommodating. I had a coupon and she told me to just keep it and I could receive the two additional egg rolls for free. I ordered shrimp egg foo young, one of my favorites since I was a child, and I love how they do the sticky jasmine rice with it as an option. The sesame chicken is delicious and my wife loves it as well. It's one of her favorites. The Chinese donuts were also delicious. This is the most authentic Chinese takeaway spot I've been to in years and it is so much better than surrounding options. read more

This place is short on ambiance. It's a primary take out restaurant. Staff is not to friendly but will take your order. Service was quick. I was disappointed in the Mongolian Beef. Flavor just wasn't there. No noodles as in other Chinese restaurants. No egg roll or chicken wing either. Order includes white rice only. Price was $14.00 which is overpriced for what you get. They're always so friendly and their food is great. My wife is a particularly Picky Patty when it comes to her pepper steak and theirs is amazing. Their wings get top marks from the kids, and their house special fried rice is excellent and packed with goodies! Hot and sour soup is good too. I'd give this place a 5 if their almond fried chicken were more Cantonese style where the chicken is a tenderised breast, breaded and fried, but in all honesty it's better than most we've tried and their gravy is perfect! If you want a change of pace go for the Singapore noodles! If you close your eyes you can almost hear the clamoring of the street vendors. It really is just like being there! This place is the BOMB! We ordered some food for pickup on Friday and it was amazing!! We haven't found a good Chinese restaurant by us that is good quality and a good price. This place hits the nail on the head. We ordered a dinner portion of general tso's chicken and sesame chicken, wonton soup, and egg drop soup. The dinner portion comes with an egg roll each. Since we hit the $20 mark, we got 2 extra egg rolls. So.. for $20, we got all of that food. Then of course tax and tip rounded it up a few bucks. Either way, the pricing is incredible. The food was soooo yummy. It's really hard to find a good Chinese take out place that I enjoy because I am a very textural person.. so one piece of grizzly chicken and the whole meal goes into the trash. It just completely ruins it. This place had good quality food with awesome flavors! We really enjoyed our Friday night take out, and we will 100% be ordering again! This is a Chinese take out place. This is not a restaurant by any means.. They have tables but don't expect wait staff etc. The food reflects more fast food style menu. *Buyer beware* there are some translation issues: THEY DO NOT HAVE FRIED NOODLES 1) "noodles" section is not fried egg noodles. They use "chow mein" to refer to mixed veggies (!???) and it's served on rice with crispy egg noodle crackers (like what you get with wonton soup) 2) lo mean is noodles and I have a picture. Still not the thin egg noodles. But a shanghai style that's rounder and thicker. Haven't encountered any other issues yet..flavor is good and prices are good. Food is great. I have just decided after ordering a couple of times a week for delivery that they have screwed up the orders too many times. They deliver the wrong order, forget part of the order egg rolls, gravy, wonton etc. We will be searching for a new Chinese delivery restaurant to order from. This place is unique - the kids run the cash register and take orders. They get 5 stars just for that! But the food is good too! The egg drop was light and not salty, the dumplings look like they are hand made, very meaty and tasty. My wife had the Roasted Pork Lo Mein, which was just as good. Let's cut right to the chase: I like this place, because: * They're close to where I live * The prices seem cheaper than other Chinese delivery/take out places * You can order online It's that last bullet that is the most incredible to me; maybe I'm a bigger luddite than I thought, or perhaps I just haven't been lucky enough to ever have a local Chinese joint that had online ordering available. Phones are meant for surfing the internet and ignoring other human beings, with a side of voice communication available, so the fact that I can avoid the humanizing process of speaking with someone and instead choose specifically what I want and actually type in requests like "extra crispy please" or "no carrots" is extremely appealing. The best part is that I can pay and tip over my computer, so that when the delivery guy shows up with my food, there's nothing but a hello and thank you, and no receipts to sign or that awkward moment of where they expect a tip and I have to figure out how much to give them, and worry if I even have cash on hand in the first place. Technology is pretty incredible like that. The fact that I can order Chinese delivery over the internet still blows my mind, especially without having to pay an intermediary like GrubHub or UberEats. As for the food itself, it's nothing out of the ordinary, and the quality isn't mind-blowingly better or worse than many other Chinese joints. The General Tso's chicken isn't really spicy, but it crispy, and the egg rolls and fried dumplings can be instructed to go extra crispy, which they did very well. Needless to say, the ease in which Great Wall makes ordering Chinese food is a dangerous discovery, because I know that these guys are now my go-to place for quick and easy Chinese delivery. It doesn't hurt that their prices seem cheaper than other places, the quality doesn't seem to be any different, and it's just so easy to order. read more

FYI - this place is pretty much for take-out only. They do have tables for diners, but if you care about ambience and stuff, you won't get it here. I only really care about the food, which is really delicious here. Sometimes when I crave take-out Chinese food (FYI - I'm also Chinese), even if it's not authentic... it's freakin good, this is where I order from. The sauces they stir-fry with are quite good, not too sweet and salty like some other places. And they include a variety of fresh vegetables. After about 15 rings (understandable at 6:00 on a Sat. Night), I say to the man that answers that I'd like to place an order for delivery, and his response is "oh, we're really busy right now...I don't know. We have been going to China Great Wall for the last 15 years and over the years the management has changed however the quality of the food has always remain the same which is very unusual. We order tonight shrimp dumplings Mongolian beef fried tofu and the food arrived hot and the flavors were on point! We are very pleased addition to that we ordered on the web and delivery was minimal plus we got two free eggrolls very happy overall would highly recommend and we will continue to visit the great China wall, check it out! read more

I found out that the resturant was under new management and was presently surprised how much it had improved under the current owners. I arrived at closing just after they had mopped the floors. I could tell by the smell of the cleaning agent that they really earned the 99 A health rating displayed on the wall. I was warmly greeted by the lady behind the register. The General Tao's Chicken was presently flavorful and fresh. In the absence of New York ' s China town, not a bad stop on the way home. I will definitely be going back for more. In a word... I was concerned by some of the reviews tbh, but decided to give it a try anyway. We've ordered take-out from here two times in the last month and have been pleasantly surprised. Our orders were fresh, cooked perfectly, and had amazing flavors. You'll find great portion to price meals here. My only complaint is that the Hot & Sour soup was pretty bland both times. I have ordered here for the past 5 years or so, but today I placed an order out of hunger & noticed an unusual wait time as it comes in 25-30 minutes...I called and they said it would be on the way. Another 20 minutes go by, I call again and they say they're on there way again... another 20 minutes go by it's been an hour & 30 minutes so I call and they said they're on there way... i was so closed to calling as it had been 15 minutes and they live not but 8 minute drive away. When they finally arrive they forgot my drink & they took off in like 2 seconds I couldn't even stop them. While eating my food I found a staple from a freaking stapler in my fried rice. I called to obviously let them know because that isn't right & it's a good thing I noticed before ingesting it.... They proceeded to just say okay you never eat here again & said they will return my money and hung up right before I could say anything. Such a shame I can't call this place my favorite spot anymore. Ordered delivery from here earlier this afternoon and got their beef and broccoli lunch special with jasmine rice. The beef was a little bit too salty and the broccoli was undercooked. Also got their shrimp and vegetables lunch special with fried rice and this was better made but nothing special and the fried rice lacked seasoning. It was basically soy sauce and rice. Basic. Also got their hot and sour soup. Don't get it. Not good at all. Also got the crab Rangoon and it was basically cream cheese and no crab. One word to describe it---disappointment. But I do give them this, delivery was fairly quick. But, probably not gonna order from them again. It was below mediocre standards. read more

We usually order the chicken and broccoli and the Vegetable soup. Absolutely awesome! So glad there is a good place to get Chinese Food around here. P.S. The food is very good and reasonably priced. I usually get the cashew chicken with extra cashews. Eggrolls are dropped when you order - not sitting around. It is a Chinese immigrant family that owns it and does all of the cooking. They don't "talk" much and they may seem rude (by American standards) when they take your order, but don't take it personal. It can take a while if you have it delivered. I usually order and wait. Food is ready in 10 mins or less. They have a few tables and chairs, but this is mostly and take-out place. They have been in business since at least 2000. Very good food and it is well-known for take-out in the Sandy Plains area. Great for a late dinner - they are open until 10pm during the week and 11pm on Fri_Sat. read more

The first thing I notice is that it is very clean and organized as you enter. The portions are generous and they have free egg rolls if you order more than $20.00. Almost every time I get the Mongolian beef. Other items I have tried and liked are the curry if you want something hot or the Hunan special of beef/ chicken/ and jumbo shrimp.
