Says they're open at 9:30am but when we got to the drive through at 9:35am no one was answering. Pulled up to the drive thru window and first person saw us and proceeded to walk away. Clean facility with both dine-in and drive-thru options. Service was friendly and the servings were plentiful. I ordered a bowl that included 1 main and 1 side. I chose the super greens with the mushroom chicken. Both were flavorful and were enhanced by the spicy chili sauce. Great lunch option if you're in the neighborhood. Service is quick and the food is hot and ready to eat. The buffet from where they serve is very clean and well stocked as is the dining area. You can eat healthy here. My friend and I tried the superfood greens as opposed to rice. It was yummy and cuts about 400 calories off. Highly recommend this location. read more

I am here right now and what absolutely awful service from a lady called Wei. She is rude and insolent, wouldn't listen to me as I told her I was using a birthday reward and was buying a plate. She kept saying so you want a bigger plate and I said multiple times no, I want to use my birthday reward. She charged me for a bigger plate and then said what do you want me to do about it when I said I didn't buy a bigger plate. I asked for the difference in price refunded to me and she claimed she couldn't do that. She was extremely rude and stared me down, it was a horrible and disgusting experience, I will never come back here to be treated like this. I asked for the corporate number and no one would give it to me. Don't waste your time coming here, being ripped off and then treated as if you are a criminal. The whole experience has left me in tears. A gentleman called Tye eventually helped me and I appreciated that. I crave panda at least two times a week and this is always my go to location. I always skip the location that's closer to my house because this one has a drive thru. Although the lines can be long sometimes, the staff are great at getting us through in a timely manner. The staff are also so kind and cheerful! I have been to this location a countless number of times and last night was the first time they have ever messed up my order. However, because we had to wait in the parking lot for our food we caught the mistake and the manager actually gave us the extra plate for free. I love their customer service! The food always tastes fresh and they stack the food high. I love the new string bean chicken breast and of course the orange chicken is a panda staple. Overall, the fact that this location is a little out of the way for me is worth it because the customer service and drive thru are great. read more

For an afternoon lunch, this place is barely busy at all in the lobby, and the place is pretty clean to boot. Though it took a small time for service, the food was pretty good for what you are paying for. 3/10/24- Do not go through their drive through because they will mess up your order like they did ours. Our receipt clearly shows that one of our meals was supposed to have shrimp and we even paid the upcharge for it. Instead they gave us a chicken dish instead. Horrible customer service at this place and they don't check to see if they got your order open. Also when I tried to call them about getting refunded for the shrimp up charge no one bothered to pick up the phone. Do not go to this location, they do not care about the customer experience. Update: when I finally got them on the phone the manager Sarah said that the system wouldn't let them do a refund and the best she could do was give me a credit for 30 days, but that still makes me have to drive all the way back out their because of their mistake. The Firecracker Chicken will stand on its own and satisfy the heartiest appetite. The fried rice gets dried out almost as fast as the Low-Mein! The egg rolls are lacking or have something extra thrown in that is a mistake from start to finish! Service is spot-on. Have been here a few times when I'm in the area and the SO and I need a quick meal. Haven't had an issue until this weekend: ordered in the drive thru so I didn't see my food until I got home and opened it. Let me tell you I'm sure that's the only reason they had the nerve to actually serve me what I'm now calling "mashed brown rice" because my initial reaction as well as my SO's was that they had given me mashed potatoes. It was the most disgusting mush of rice I've ever seen. I was disgusted that someone would actually think it's okay to serve that. See the pictures if you dare. I had even asked to double check that they had brown rice since not all the locations do and the woman went to check and somehow felt it was okay to serve it. Had she simply said it was a bad batch or they were out I would have been fine with an alternative but no. Not a bad place for quick "Americanized" Chinese food. The service is fast and usually pretty friendly. For some odd reason, I wish they'd mix the chicken with the rice instead of just plopping it on top and making me do all the work of mixing it, but I guess that's industry standard for many places nowadays (see: Noodles, Qdoba, Chipotle) I do think they could do a bit better job of cleaning the tables and around the drink stations, but I'm pretty fussy but cleanliness and when I'm thee it's been during the dinner rush so they may be a bit busy or short staffed at times. My daughter loves it, so when she doesn't crave "Chick-A" she's into "The Panda". These new Pandas are classy! This one just opened less than a month ago and still has that fresh new feel. The interior is nicely decorated with a modern Asian flair, the hilltop location has a beautiful view of Cherry Creek State Park, and everything was incredibly clean and spotless. Plenty of staff was working hard to keep it that way. Easily the nicest Panda Express I've ever been to. The food is consistent with all the other Panda Expresses in the world. It was served in a box that was approximately 2x2 inches. (It had an 8 on the bottom) it had exactly two very small pieces of steak and one piece of shrimp. This was ordered through drive through. When I go in they serve it in a bowl and I get about twice as much with way more steak and shrimp. In contrast, for eight dollars my sister got two entrees and noodles. Went through drive thru this evening, ordered 2 entree plates, kids meal, spring rolls and wontons. When paying i asked for soy sauce and sweet and sour sauce for my good. I paid and noticed I still had not got the kids drink. Asked for the drink and when handed to me the top was not on all the way fall all over me. I wasn't upset just asked for another. They seemed extremely rushed as they were busy. When I got home, we had no spring rolls, no wonton, no soy sause but lots of teriyaki sauce even though we had no teriyaki chicken, and no cookie with kids meal. Great location with a drive thru when you're on the go! Plus the inside has lots of seating with a great view of the Cherry Creek State Park. The menu is typical of any Panda but this location served only fresh items. We got there at 3pm to grab a quick bite before taking the dog to the state park. We ordered a 2 entrée plate but split the starch option with half noodles and half vegetables. The vegetables were made fresh and served right out of the wok. Then for the entrees we shared the mushroom chicken with zucchinis and beef & broccoli. All the vegetables were FRESH and clean tasting. Very clean restaurant. I haven't had Panda in a long time since the food is typically mediocre and not so fresh. However this location made me realize I may have to give panda another chance. Horrible experience.. 11/ 5 this evening they told us it would be a wait for beef and steak I wouldn't have thought we would waited 45 min.. within the first 20 I had my husband go check our order and they FORGOT WE WERE WAITING which made us have to wait for another round of beef. My husband asked for lids for our drinks and they said they had no more lids and let my husband walk out with two large drinks without lids. Normally this place isn't bad. Today was a different story. Waited in line as usual for the drive through and got to pick up my food. Little things missing like no sauce on the teriyaki chicken, no soy sauce in the bag (had to ask for some) and no dipping sauce for the egg rolls nor was I asked if I wanted any of these as well as no fortune cookie. I am a huge fan of Panda (Orange Chicken runs in my veins!) and I was happy when these guys opened a drive through! (Big fan of Orange Chicken, not so much a fan of getting out of my PJ's.) Just like all Panda's the food is consistent. The help however seems to change on a regular basis. I don't think I've been to the window and got the same person twice. There seems to be a learning curve for some people on how to work the window, take money or swipe a card. I won't stop going there, but I wish they would make sure people are consistently trained at the window. read more

The food is great, but everything else at this location is sub-par. This location is pretty small. I have been here twice during dinner time and it was packed inside with the line going out the door. On both occasions, by the time I got to the front of the line to order, they were out of almost all the entrees. There was only one "cook" cooking in the kitchen and hence there was a wait of 10 minutes per entree. I ended up spending over 40 minutes to get my order from the time I got there (including the time spent in line). In fact a lot of people in line behind me left when they found out the wait time was going to be over 20 minutes for the entrees they wanted. For fast food, this is unacceptable. I could not decipher who the manager was. It looked like no one was in charge at all. I will be back during non-rush hours since I like the food at Panda Express and this location is the nearest one for me. read more

Go here for lunch sometimes. Employees are friendly, just can never understand them through the drive through--very hard to hear.
