Came here with my two buddies who supervise me especially they did when I was younger they don't supervise me as much now because I don't live with them so they don't "own" me but don't overthink it. The food here is excellent and the service is excellent. BUT, the main complaint I have is that if you forget to scan your member/account number and want to go on line to get your points into your account, the company has made it intentionally difficult and frustrating to find the way to get it done. They tell you specifically how to input the points, where to go to do so but their instructions take you to a dead end. It is frustrating to have when you google 'forgot to add points' and it brings you to pages that in no way allow you to add points. In my opinion this is done intentionally, hoping you will give up and not add your points. Really shameful. read more

We stopped here on the way to the airport on a Tuesday morning. Probably 15 minutes before lunch was available. To our surprise the inside was basically dead. Chic Fil A is usually popping. At least it is in Florida. We ordered at the counter and sat down. Our son went into the play area. He said he found a chicken nugget and orange juice splatter lol -- The food did take a while to arrive. I would say 10-15 minutes. Not terrible but a bit surprising due to how empty they were. Put in a mobile order at 10:17 for breakfast, paid for it. It stated it would be ready by 10:30. I get here at 10:35 to to pick up my order and they did not make it and no longer doing breakfast. I guess the system doesn't tell them to make it until the person gets to the store. If I put the order in before 10:30 breakfast time, and paid for it, I don't understand why the system wouldn't make it. This is the stupidest system and chicfila needs to fix that. read more

Still trying to mentally put this restaurant in a different culinary space in my mind. It is NOT anything remotely related to Thai Basil. Somehow I was thinking it would be Thai food. It is not. I will definitely come back for breakfast as they appear to have a lot of breakfast options. The service was very good and friendly. The look and feel Was much fresher than the old Chicago building that was there before. We had a bourbon burger and buffalo chicken egg rolls. Both were decent good and decently priced. Our family has always loved Chick Fil A and will continue to do so!! I will have to admit though that after moving to Davenport,Florida in June 2022 from Denver,Centennial,Lone Tree, Littleton,etc Colorado Florida Chick Fil A Operators don't compare! Their menu options are touch and go depending on their locations closer to DisneyWorld,Universal Studios etc. At 1 location our 5 yr old grandson can get the non spicy chicken nuggets but at other it's not an option. Same as some other menu items! Plus their team members are so overwhelmed with Disney traffic and other vacationers that you definitely don't get the "MY PLEASURE" response pretty much. We will still support Chick Fil A but hopefully any Florida Chick Fil A Operators will see this review and put the original values and food quality back in place. read more

From the Simple Menu, we opt to have the following items : * Meal Entree of SPICY DELUXE Chicken Sandwich ($6.69) * Meal Entrée of Grilled Club Chicken Sandwich WITHOUT Bacon ($8.39-$0.90), hence it was ($7.49) * 12 Count of Chicken Nuggets ($4.65) The Main Entree comes with Medium Criss Cross Cut Fries, and Medium Fountain Drinks. Hubs opt to have Coke Cola, while I opt to have the Root Beer. The Fountain Drinks, are being placed in their Signature Foam Cups aka Styrofoam White Cups which are "Re-cycle-able". While ordering, we get the option to choose the kind of Cheese we want on our order. Both Hubs and I opt to have the Pepper Jack Cheese. okay so we went to chick fil a for dinner on our way home from Nevada. we mobile ordered to make our stop quicker and my mom accidentally pushed drive thru instead of inside. So we went inside and asked if they could change it and they were like yeah. So my sister and I stood there waiting for 20 minutes for our food they said was coming. 15 DIFFERENT WORKERS came up to us in the span of 20 minutes they kept saying the same thing over and over you food will be here shortly and then they would watch others come up to us and ask and then they would just stand there looking at us doing nothing when they should have been giving us the food. But I didn't know it was gonna take that many people to tell us the same thing. WORSE SERVICE EVER. Plus the food was cold. I never want to go to chick fil a again. Chick-fil-a has always been one of mine and my kiddos favorite place. I worked in the Westminster Mall when I was younger and there was a Chick-fil-A in there and it was constantly busy and I used to say they need to turn this into a drive-through restaurant, it will be a money maker. Several years later they finally did and I have been going there with my children for many, many years. The food is wonderful the staff and the service is fabulous! Spicy Chicken Sandwich combo, salad , chick-fil meal, this was the second time I'd been to this location at the intersection of Smoky Hill & Aurora Pkwy. Both times they forgot one of our drinks. I tried to called the location and got know answer. When I returned I explain that they had missed drinks on my previous order ( I did tell her I didn't want anything other than for them to know) the girl told the manager and he said " just apologize". The place is extremely busy and the curbside ordering line is not good. I'm surprised that the police have not made them make changes. The lines block the roadway in both directions. This is by far the worst chick fil a In which I've EVER been to. I used the app to do a pick up order and the app didn't give the option of curbside pick up. I only had the option of drive thru or pick up, and so I decided to pick up. I waited 20 minutes for them to get MY salad and kids meal. What's the point of the app if, I still have to wait, there were people that came in after me that there food came right out. I will NEVER come back to this restaurant. Driving home from Gaylord Rockies Christmas lights and was hungry. Found this on the map and saw other choices in the same center. But the boys preferred Chick-fil-a so we stopped in. Even at the late hour this place was busy. Families and friends enjoying a meal together. The servers were friendly and respectful - what we've come to expect from the chain. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal with Fanta orange. They had the deluxe spicy chicken sandwich meal. The meals were brought to out table in a timely manner. Crispy with a touch of spice seasoning. The deluxe meals come with cheese, lettuce and tomatoes. I did want some veggies so I took a piece of lettuce from them. The waffle fries were delicious. I like that we can season these to our taste because they don't salt it. Decided to have a chocolate milkshake to cap off dinner. Tasty and chocolatey.
