Disappointed, I live In Colorado Springs and normally went to there location off Academy and it was quite nice. Everything about this place just went downhill. The food is horrible, not fresh and you can tell it's been siting for at least a day. The customer service was horrible, everybody spoke Spanish and it took 10 minutes just to get a box. I don't mind Spanish speaking people but one English person should be working duty. There were buckets of stale water by the ice cream machine as well as ice cream dripping down the machine. First time at Jason's and I enjoyed it a lot. I would say the sandwiches are better than Panera Bread and they give you a bit more food which leaves you stuffed. The Reuben was one of the better ones I've had with the corn beef tasting fabulous and not an overwhelming taste of sauerkraut or sauce. The broccoli cheddar soup was also really delicious and filling. I'd definitely go here again for a lunch with coworkers. Restaurant was clean, spacious, and bright. Everything was fine. The reason for three stars is that the size of the sandwiches and price compared to other places that offer similar food. My muffuletta was decent but very salty. The panini was good but smaller than Panera and other competitors. The mac and cheese tasted like it came right out of a Kraft box. Jason's is set up like delis with counters you could grab multiple things from. In this case with COVID restrictions I ordered at the main counter and then waited for my name to be called. It took quite a while for three sandwiches and a few sides. The employees were all working hard and wearing masks and gloves. Everything is great! Great menu options, staff were great and helpful. Our sandwiches and soup were made with care and presented nicely. Soup was hot and just the right temperature, I had chicken pot pie and hubby had broccoli cheddar. Both were delicious and we couldn't decide which one was better. He wanted dinner so after thinking about it, we stopped by here. I decided on tomato soup and grilled cheese since it was a little chilly. He had a turkey wrap and a soup also. I had a chocolate ice cream cone while I waited for our order. The ice cream machine the last two visits have been putting out melted ice cream. So it wasn't that great. Dropes everywhere and was a mess. Finally the buzzer went off and he picked up our order. The grilled cheese was decent and the tomato soup hot for the cold night. It was not a regular soup out of a can. Had some depth of flavor to it. His turkey wrap was short on turkey and long on veggies. He didn't eat most of it. The soup was average to him. I took the tray to the counter after cleaning up the table to make it easier on the servers. Don't do that. They don't appreciate it. I ordered the manager corn beef special and a order of soup . At $10 plus some change For the sandwich I thought it was a whole one . When I called I was told no the soup substitutes the other half of the sandwich . ‍Then I paid extra for Swiss cheese on my sandwich and of course there's none . I just had abdominal surgery so can't really take it back . Lost of money, sandwich not right . Where's the cheese I paid for ? Soup is delicious however . They have a wide variety of your typical hot and cold sandwiches and some of your not so typical items such as Muffaletta, pasta and baked potatoes. They have a few different sides, soup options and also a salad bar if you're in the mood. This location is easy to find, right off Parker Rd, and it's a fairly large place with both indoor and outdoor seating areas. My boyfriend and I came in on a Sunday afternoon around 1:00 pm and it was still fairly busy. I ordered the Beefeater (which is basically a French dip) and my boyfriend ordered the Steak Po'boy with a side of chicken pot pie. Everything was delicious and we both devoured our food. The only issue I have is the pricing. For two sandwiches plus drinks the total was almost $30. Seems a little on the steep side for a sandwich shop. But the food is good so this is not a bad place to go to every once in a while. Just won't be a regular occurrence due to cost. But there's a lot to choose from so I will be excited to try something new the next time around! read more

It was excellent! Went there for a work function and have had the deli many times provided at work. The restaurant is spacious and can accommodate for small parties like, baby shower, work function, etc. We ended up having one of the pastas, the walnut strawberry chicken salad with fruit and of course garlic bread. all the pop and refreshments we could drink. They have a great looking salad bar in house and I can't wait to go back to try it. Looked like there was hummus, tuna, chicken salad, and also soups. You won't be unhappy with the food there. I don't often give 1 star but I'm really disappointed after my visit here today for a number of reasons. I walk in here with a huge infant in my hip. I asked for help with the high chair and the man was very nice to get it for me. The high chair does not have brakes on the wheels so it rolled every time my kiddo was playing around rocking it. I've never been to a Jason's deli before so had no idea how anything worked with the salad bar so I just picked from the menu. I was not asked if I wanted a drink so naturally I forgot to order one as I had my mind on my 1 year old that I'd left at the table alone. I ordered and was charged for a turkey wrap and was given the kids meal (which I didn't realise till after I left). I was so upset and unsatisfied with the wrap and pissy 5 pieces of fruit but I didn't say anything or check the menu because I was busy feeding my child. I ordered him nuggets and a drink. The nuggets were disgusting. I wasn't told to grab his milk out of the fridge so after I picked up my food I had to leave him again and get it. I wasn't given any silverware to cut up just food so I had to get up again and get that too. Then I had to fill up my cup with water, which I just helped myself to without asking. I've now left my child alone at a table 4 times. Totally unsafe but unless I was going to drag him across the room every time, or get him out of his chair each time, then I had no other choice. I have ordered here several times and both were terrible experiences. The first curbside order was ordered and expected 15 minutes later. We arrived and waited another 10 minutes outside before anyone came outside. The second experience was today. Food was ordered at 6:46pm. The order said it would be ready at 6:52, but I knew that wasn't happening. I waited and arrived an additional 20 minutes later. Called in and notified them I was here at the curbside. Waited an additional 10+ minutes outside. No curbside. Went inside and said I was supposed to have a curbside, but am coming inside to see what's going on. My food was sitting on the counter behind 3 employees. I used to love Jason's Deli. I'm never eating at Jason's Deli again. read more

Me and my family loved this place until recently was enjoying our food sitting outside until either the manager or owner starts smoking his cigarette while we are eating. So rude. Then when I take a bite from my sandwich I start choking on plastic. YES PLASTIC!! Plastic from meat packaging lining. don't mean to sound dramatic, but it could have killed me. Wow! So we had never been to a Jason's deli before and I was thinking it was going to be a small hole in the wall sand which shop, this has got to be the biggest deli I have ever been to. There is plenty of seating indoors and some outside. If you like salad bars they have one here it looks very fresh and clean. They have about 10 different soups, the Irish potato looked good Ness really liked it and got bacon and cheese add to the top, and Texas chili is very good really meaty and a lot of chili powder. Ness got a ranchero wrap and I got a pastrami and ham on wheat with swiss, so good the pastrami tasted really good! I just found my favorite deli here! And you can treat yourself to some free frozen yogurt. read more

It has your standard deli fare (soups, sandwiches, salads) and of course boast soft serve ice cream if you dine in (yumm-o). The lines get long, but they move you through. If you are in a hurry you can order on-line and go to the to go area and pick yours up and pay! All and all a nice spot for a quick lunch!
