Amazing bulgogi - more than the wings, I would recommend the bulgogi. It was really flavorful and very authentic. The wings were good too!

11/22/25-This place has such good food. I've been going since they opened. The staff is nice and the food is good. There is something special in the sauce they use on this dish, and the egg is fluffy.

Dagiya is a casual place to get your KFC (korean fried chicken) fix with some other snacks. There is ample parking in the plaza, but I would say that seating is moderate. Staff are super friendly and the food taste great!!! I would say that the portion of the KFC is appropriate, but the portion of the Ddeukbokki was on the smaller side considering its price. Also this place is right next to Snowl if you want to get dessert afterwards!

The food is good but WAY too expensive for what it is. There is nothing particularly special about Dagiya from the service to the food to the interior everything feels serviceable, but nothing feels special or unique. Or at least not unique enough to justify what is being charged. If you are really craving Korean fried chicken Dagiya will fill your craving but lighten your wallet in the process

We finally made it to Dagiya for Korean Fried Chicken! For this adventure, we did order take out rather than sat inside the restaurant. Some thing to keep in mind for take out here is that their "estimated time" is not accurate especially if you ordered chicken wings. (They do write in the description section of any chicken wings that they will take additional time.) Overall, the food was great! The original KFC was perfectly cooked. The skin was crunchy and well seasoned. The Honey Soy Garlic was good, the skin is not as crispy as their original. The seasoning/sauce is more mild compared to BonChon or Angry Chicken in the area. Pickled Radish...needs some improvement, it is my favorite side dish and it was a huge let down. Just tasted super weird. It was not tangy. It was indeed crisp. Cost - very reasonable, it was around 38 dollars for all three, without tip.

I've ordered from them several times and can finally write this review. Prices are decent and a little expensive but it taste good! Each time I've ordered through Door dash, I've had the food delivered hot and crispy. I've never had a soggy experience with them. The fried chicken is one of the best I've had in a while! The Honey soy and soy garlic are my go to, but I'm surprised at how good their original recipe is. The skin is flavorful and the chicken is juicy. Last night I decided to try their chicken mayo bowl and wow! This is one of the best fish I've had in a long time! Maybe I was hungry, maybe I didn't have many options last night, but each bite was delightful! The bowl itself is a well sized portion, the rice is plentiful and you get lots of chicken. I actually added more Kewpie mayo on top since it was pretty skimpy when it arrived. Other than that, order this now and you won't be disappointed!

    Yangnyum Chicken and Pickled Radishes

This was my first time trying Korean fried chicken, and it was simply fantastic! I tried their Yangnyum, in which the real pieces of chicken are doused in a robust and flavorful gochujang sauce. The pieces of chicken were delectable and the sauce had personality and it wasn't too sweet or cloying. The pickled radishes were the perfect foil for the chicken pieces. I'm happy to say that I can't wait to to try a different menu item! I ordered delivery from Dagiya.

Another casual Korean restaurant opened only a quick 10-minute drive from my northeast DTC in the recent year or two. It's conveniently located on Parker Road on northbound right after Chambers Road. I read some great reviews left by others so today, I made a stop to check it out. It was a little after 4:30pm. The dinner rush had not started just yet on a Wednesday afternoon. When I stepped in, they appeared to have some to-go orders to take care of. Once I placed my order, it took about 10 minutes for my food to be ready. Not bad. The young lady was very nice to me. She had a nice smile. The menu seemed a bit limited; it's not a very extensive menu is what I thought. Maybe in the future, they can add a few more items to it?? The dining area is a good size. It's very clean. And it's not crowded with a bunch of tables so there is that nice open feel to it. The ceiling is high so this could be the reason why the place looks spacious. I quickly peeked inside my to-go bag. The main (Chicken Mayo Bowl) appeared to be a GOOD portion; I could feel the heaviness by holding the bag. also got me the Pickled Radish which is only $1. What can you get with $1 these days? I certainly appreciate this reasonability. At home, I had to stare at the Chicken Mayo Bowl for a minute while I was taking a few photos of it. It's quite large; this can easily feed two moderately hungry human beings. Not too salty with sauce; the chicken cutlet pieces were perfectly cooked. I really enjoyed the Pickled Radish. This was a nice accompaniment to my bowl. This place is legit. I'll be back and try a different dish in the near future.

The other day my husband said: "Do you really want Dagiya again? You've had it twice this week!" And the answer was YES! Lucky for us, we live close by so it's become a family favorite. We've tried all of the varieties of fried chicken and love the white onion fried chicken the most. It is topped with thin onion slices and the best part is the white onion dipping sauce (I wish this sauce would come with all the orders). Another favorite is the Chicken Mayo Bowl - I could eat this dish for lunch every day! The chicken is so flavorful and drizzled in mayo on a bed of rice makes it even better! Personally, I'm not a huge fan of Ddukbokki in general. But I do think the Labokki that includes ramen noodles is good! The service has always been quick and friendly! If eating in the restaurant, water, paper trays and plastic silverware are available -- making it easy to grab what you need without having to ask the staff.

After eyeing on this location for awhile, finally had chance to stop by one afternoon. It was definitely late for lunch but too early for dinner and place was very quite. We were the 2nd group of customers at the time of order. Of course, by the time we were done with it, place was already packed with to go orders and such. We opted for Yangnyum (양념) chicken for 13.99. There is option for spicier or ones witth onions or other flavors like soy and original but this was perfect heat. The chicken is made with dark meat which was very flavorful, crunch and moist center. It was delicious and definitely unique compare to other Korean chicken places that are popping out everywhere. Overall, service was good, interior was very clean and plenty of different flavors to try. I wonder how the White Onion (양파 크림) is like???

My favorite Korean fried chicken on this side of town. Basic menu and great food. Nothing fancy but always clean and rarely crowded

Had the worst restaurant experience here i've had in a long time. Not just from the food but from…read morethe deceitful charges, and what felt like a payment scam. Unfortunately despite having enjoyed their menu in the past, I DO NOT recommend anyone come here; if you do ask for a paper receipt and pay in cash to ensure you're not being overcharged. ((Full Details Below)) We loved this location due to the delicious chicken and fries, but have not been here in over a year since the new management. We ordered a whole chicken (10 pieces of chicken variety $28.99 with 2 sauces +$1 each sauce, Large Fries $7.99 + $1.00 for flavor rub, and one soft drink $2.99). The menu is slightly different than from what we remember so we asked for advice, one of the sauces came recommended by the waitress. Note that we already knew the price range and already expected to drop $45-60 for two people, including the tip. We get our food, 5 one sauce 5 another sauce, strongly disliked one of the flavors, we couldn't eat it. Ate the other 5 pieces, it was delicious. We ask if it was possible to switch the 5 pieces of chicken for another flavor, they said since they cannot take the chicken back to the kitchen they won't/cannot switch them with a different flavor, but if we place another order of chicken they will give us 20% off. We decline, we'll just eat the 5 pieces we did like and leave the ones we didn't. Oh well right? That's life. Waitress comes back and says they will give us a discount on the chicken. That's nice of them, thank you! She comes while i'm still munching with an electronic pay pad, no itemized receipt like at other restaurants, points the machine to my fiance to tap his card. Total is $47.something she says, I tell her i'm paying cash so please bring us a paper receipt. She leaves, my fiance comments "that seems high" me, i didn't notice at all. Waitress comes back with the paper receipt and we begin doing our own calculations. I notice that they charged us for two half chickens (16.99 each) instead of what we ordered which was a whole chicken with 2 sauces ($28.99, $1 each sauce = $30.99) That's a $3 dollar difference, in which we are overpaying by $3 than what we had originally ordered. Waitress tries to explain to us that they removed our original order to discount the chicken, but that still doesn't reason why they are charging us for TWO half chickens instead of just discounting off the whole chicken order we originally place. She says it's because it's one sauce so half of the chicken, so half chicken charge. Then we tell her that even with the discount, the way they are charging us for two half chickens cancels out the discount and we are still overpaying at the end compared to our original order. We tell them to remove their discount, we don't want it and to charge us for the whole chicken that we had ordered originally. Waitress goes back to talk to the manager and then comes back and "corrects" the problem giving us a 50% on one of the half chicken orders. This time we weren't overpaying, but they still never corrected the order to reflect our original whole chicken order, keeping the two half chicken orders. At the end if we hadn't noticed we would have left overpaying for a meal we didn't enjoy. The part that is most upsetting is that we were not rude to anyone, just told them we disliked the sauce, accepted when they said they wouldn't switch it out, we didn't ask for a discount, they offered it. Note we still tipped after this. I don't know if this was done on purpose but what I can say is that we felt deceived, we will not be coming here despite this being a staple food spot for our relationship. Very sad.
