I really love panda express, as does my boyfriend, the food we have here is almost never anything less than delicious (but maybe that could be related to our Green Dragon visits). It seems like they aren't particularly organized at this location, whenever we visit for our morning-dinners at open (we work night shifts) they tend to make us wait a little bit for our food to be made. Again, they're delicious and very friendly, they aren't always on the ball so to say. One time my boyfriend and I visited around 10 with a 20$, the cashier had handed us short change claiming we only handed him a 10$. After a bit of back-and-forth battle they finally handed us the correct change. I understand mistakes happen, especially so early in the morning, but we would recommend being a bit more organised so something like that doesn't happen to someone else who isn't as vigilant. Coming off a night shift isn't easy, and that incident left us with a slightly bitter taste. read more

I understand trying save money on meat but lord I'm paying 8.00 for steamed broccoli and no sauce. That amount of "beef" in the beef and broccoli is so minimal. Recently moved into the area and loved our very well run Panda Express back in Melbourne, Florida, so decided to give this place a try. Shortly after finishing the meal started to feel very nauseas, and then spent the next 24 hours feeling extremely unwell with stomach issues. First time at this location, I sat in the drive thru for about 15 minutes before someone finally responded. There was no one inside or at the drive thru before me. So this just happened. Had me wait '4' minutes for rice, then made me a plate with noodles and a wrong entre. So I informed the lady and right in front of me she scraped the noodles and the wrong entre back into their respective bins, which will be served to other patrons mind you. So rude! I called to tell them my meal of Kung Pao Chicken and Beijing Beef tasted like soap. There was a strong enough chemical taste that I spit it out, and the aftertaste is horrendous. I spoke to Jason on the phone. He blew off my complaint, and said no one else had complained even though they had been serving the Beijing Beef all day. I said when I first called that I did not know which entree it was that tasted like chemicals (I mix both together with my rice). I've had Beijing Beef probably 35 times. I know what it's supposed to taste like! I will never order from here again. Oh, and they totally give you small portions in the drive-thru. I am not ashamed to say that I LOVE Panda Express. I have just had too many bad experiences at local, independent Chinese restaurants in the Denver-Metro that have turned Panda into my go-to for cheaper Chinese food. This location is new and has the first drive-through I have seen at a Panda Express. The food was fresh and I am always a big fan of the Kung Pao and Sweet Fire Chicken Breast. Add some cheese rangoons and you are good to go. One item of caution, this place can fill up fast for weekday lunch from the High School crowd. read more

What I received was a two entree with chow mein, orange chicken, and another chicken I don't recognize, with a dr. Pepper. You think this company will survive? I think not. We've been eating Panda Express for many years. Never had a problem either at quincy and Buckley or in Lakewood at the W Quincy location. This was our 1st time at this location. Won't be back. The rice amount was half of what we normally get (I'm assuming she thought we were getting another half), the wontons were overcooked and the chicken and mushrooms was mostly all zucchini. I have been here multiple times, because I do enjoy their food quality but their service is very poor. They have answered at the drive through and told me to wait for longer than 5 minutes on multiple occasions. This is the closest Panda Express to my house I'm always craving Chinese food so I end up finding myself at this location a lot going through the drive thru I've been there about 4 times in the past month and they never fail to mess my order up they're either forgetting a meal or give me 1 meal out of the 4 I ordered or they forget all the drinks I always expect a mess up when I go there and they never prove me wrong it's not a big deal if you're a patient person and I always have patience with them but last time I visited they had 3 other people in the restaurant from the drive thru because their orders were messed up along with mine! I simply had to give up a 5-star review after my last visit... As I was pulling from the drive-thru toward the street, a young employee came sprinting out of the store shouting "Sir! SIR! We gave you the wrong order!" After asking me to pull into a parking spot near the front door, he brought my correct order out to me quickly and I was on my way. This Panda Express in my opinion is a lot better than the one off Quincy because their food is always warm & ready (@ least when I go) & their costumer service is amazing. They also are quick which is nice when you're in a hurry. The one on Quincy tends to have lack of communication (when I've been there) & also costumer service was poor except 2 people a girl, & a guy. I find the food to be a good value with great flavor & my kids will eat it without a fuss. We usually get 3 helpings of teriyaki chicken (with extra sauce on the side), 1 mushroom chicken, 1 green bean chicken, 1 beef broccoli, with 1 chow mein (known in every other Chinese food restaurant as lo mein), 1 fried rice, and 2 helpings of vegetables. It lasts my family for about 3 days of dinners (& lunches for Mom). NOT having to cook during our crazy weeknights is great. Typically, I find the staff to be very nice, friendly & curious. Along with all of this she took the time to show that she liked her job and did so with a BIG, kind smile! It's hard to find such friendly service these days and she made our evening that much happier and gave us GREAT food (also commending the cooks - it was warm, crispy, flavorful and delicious!) With 8 check-ins and a dukedom it is time to adjust my review of Panda Express. Sadly my review is going from three stars to a well deserved one star, and it's based solely on staff. When this store first opened there were plenty of top staff members from other stores on site to ensure it ran smoothly. As they have left the normal staff is a major disappointment. As a whole they are easily over whelmed by a small number of customers. The biggest offender in this situation is a lady named Sapphire. She is trying to be efficient by multitasking and working up to three plates at once however orders get mixed up in the process and items are forgotten. In my case she simply forgot my requested egg role and the teriyaki for my teriyaki chicken. To be fair I didn't notice the missed teriyaki until I was seated and I could probably stand to skip a few egg rolls in life. I went back to the cashier, Sean, waited for him to be done with the customer currently paying then let him know I needed some teriyaki. His reply is the biggest reason for the one star. "OK we'll get to you but we have to help everyone else first." Thinking I simply misheard or misunderstood I waited. I mean really a quick scoop of teriyaki in a cup he can handle that between orders I figured. No. Three more customers go through and when he goes back to the line to help the fourth I returned to my table and my now cold dry chicken. Back in high school I did manage a McDonald's so I have been on the other side of the counter and I believe the best way to handle defects is to get the correction inserted into the line as quickly as possible at the point where the problem occurred. Sean appears to believe the defect should start the process over again, which is inefficient and irritating to the customer. Food quality remains average to low but it is on the expensive side. The service quality is now no longer supportive of a higher rating. There is one bright spot, Deja is still working at this location and she is always polite, helpful, courteous and accurate without being slow. If she works your order I expect you will have great service. I'm not sure if you can ask for someone specific to make your plate but it is worth trying. read more

Nice place, but the service is the pits. We have been here twice and the line both times was out the door and didn't move. The drive thru was also packed. When we got to the front, they were out of what we wanted and had to wait another 7 minutes. I wanted FAST food and we were there for over 30 minutes. Not really one to critique a restaurant, but I felt as if I had to say something after my experience at this Panda Express. Went to get a quick and easy dinner for my mom and we were extremely disappointed! They were out of majority of their entrees, they had no noodles left, and it seemed as if they had no staff working. I was asked if I wanted any egg rolls or cheese wontons, and I asked for a chicken egg roll. As I got to the window to pay, after waiting in line for about 20 min, I paid and got my two plates that I ordered with fried rice. They didn't give me my chicken egg roll and I informed them of their mistake. They went back and talked and then said we don't have any egg rolls left, and it will be about 7-10 min for us to make one. Already sitting there for about 30 min, I was just ready to drive home and eat. It gets worse!!! I opened up my entree and the chicken was cold and hard as a rock. Not only that the rice was cold, and my moms entree didn't even have fried rice in it! She had white rice! Now, is there much of a difference with fried rice and white rice? No... But it was just the whole frustrating experience that set me off! Extremely disappointing and I'm very timid to ever go back again! Something needs to be done about these incidents! I understanding preserving food near closing time so it doesn't go to waste, but you are disappointing customers, which isn't good for your business! Give the extra food to rescue missions or homeless shelters! That's a win-win for everyone! read more

The lobby was dirty and a bunch of teens run the place so all you get is attitude.
