Pulled into the drive through at 4:40pm and attempted to ordered a plate (2 entrees and one side). I told the guy my first entree and before I could finish he asked me what my side was. At this location, I placed a delivery order twice, Both times I ordered the exact same items. Sweet Fire Chicken Breast and Shanghai Angus Steak. Both times my orders were wrong. I received Sweet and Sour Chicken and Beef with Broccoli. I don't know if the employees have trouble reading or understanding, or if they don't know what their menu items are, but to have two orders, at two different times, made incorrectly, in the exact same way, there is something wrong here. Worst customer service. We showed up 30 minutes before closing and went through the drive thru. We were told they had limited items available and asked if we wanted to know what we could order, we said yes. She told us and we start to order based off what was available. Once we were done she came back on the intercom laughing and said "we actually don't have enough to make a serving." Even though they are trying to do good during this 'Rona, they could be doing better! 1st, if they allow ppl to come in & get their food, then, they should do take out orders inside. 2nd, the noodles were as dry as could be. This Panda Express serves burned and overlooked food. I have been through the drive through three times, (I know, foolish me) and each time received overdone egg rolls, burned and solid sesame chicken that the chicken is no longer recognizable as food. Well this has to be the worst place as far as closing early. We came in at 830 they close at 9. They quit making 75% of the food.. they never apologized not a word. There best selling item which is also the moat expensive was completely out and they would not make anymore. One day we came here 45 min early amd they locked the doors due to staff problems. All the staff I encountered were friendly. It was especially impressive when a guy who wasn't even working the counter, but was possibly a cook, engaged me. He asked how I was. He even recommended a sauce to eat with the rangoons that I ordered. We got the smallest meal -- a bowl. I couldn't believe how much food it was! What a great value! Went through the drive thru and waited for at least 5 minutes talking and even asking if anyone was there (the screen was broken and no one greeted us) and never got any sort of response. We pulled up thinking that maybe we ordered at the window and heard them talking to the people behind us. Very disappointed in my first visit there. First it was very confusing on what was offered as your meal bc everything is a la cart. Don't waste your money here just go to the China buffet. You get more food and more bang for your buck. All the sodas we're out of order, the toothpicks were all out of thier clear packaging and looked like they were used. I Love Panda Express, its my favorite fast food restaurant so I was really exited to see one being opined here in Clarksville, I was really disappointed when I got there though. The first time my mom and sister went in I was waiting in the car and it took almost 20 min. It really wasn't crowded and the girl just let there food sit there for awhile so the food was cold. The second time the wait was unbelievably long, we went through the drive though and it took almost 30 min also the portion was really small for the price. The third and last time honestly.. the wait was still long about 15 min, and the women at the drive thru was really rued. I just asked for extra sauce and she really got mad over that for some reason and gave me a really bad attitude. It really sucks because I love Panda Expresses but this one in Clarksville really inset worth it. The waits way to long, the staff is pretty rued, and the food just sits there in till it gets cold, also the amount of food you get is way to small for the price. I was here shortly after they opened. I noticed a staff of friendly faces probably because Panda Express in Clarksville TN was brand new and wanted to make an impression. I enjoyed the food quite bit. I remember ordering the honey chicken and it was amazing. Idk what happened over the course of a few months but things have gone bad. SOS! SOS! The staff serves overcooked food and if you notice it after trying some good pieces that the plastic forks can go through you'll be told by the manager (who says it's not burned btw when it noticeably is) to try again next time because I hunted for pieces my fork COULD stab into. I unfortunately didn't check out the reviews for this location before stopping in with my mom. I ordered the chow mein and honey walnut shrimp, my usual for Panda Express. The cost for me and my mom to eat was a little over $13, excellent. The restaurant itself was pretty clean. For those two reasons only am I giving this location two stars. The food was not impressive. The chow mein wasn't very warm, it was dried out, and I wouldn't be surprised if it was a day old and had been thrown in a pan to "warm up". The shrimp was okay, but it wasn't particularly warm either. Mom got a new chicken entree (honey sesame chicken, I think?) it tasted pretty good, but she said her fried rice was bland at best and had to add soy sauce to eat it. After eating as much as I wanted, I went up to the register to ask for a lid. I stood waiting for about 5 minutes until an employee stopped talking and took the time to see what I needed. Today I ordered kid meals both noodles and teriyaki chicken. Plus one order of crab Rangoon's. They always get it wrong when you go drive thru! The noodles were old, chicken's teriyaki sauce was pasted on. One of the crab Rangoon's was empty, hard as a rock maybe if they would of given me some sweet and sour sauce it might of softened them up! I spent 14 dollars for shit food! Absolutely horrible! I have eaten at Panda Expresses around the country and this is the worst I have eaten at. To start with, there was a long line to place your order. Completely understandable except for the five employees standing around looking at their phones. Management didn't seem to have any impact on customer service or employee production. So after waiting nearly 20 minutes to order, we were told it would be another ten minutes to get our food. Ok, we'll get hot, fresh food... As we went to fill our drinks, the root beer had no syrup and the sweet tea container was empty so We settled on Pepsi. We tried to find a clean table, there wasn't any. We cleaned our table and then waited another 15 minutes for our food. It tasted fine, except both my wife and I ended up with food poisoning not long after getting home. The teriyaki chicken is The only item that both my wife and I ate. The Wilma Rudolph location is fairly new and it is evident that this store does not meet the standards of Panda Express. I will avoid eating here for a long time and recommend you do the same. read more

I have tried PE soooooo many times!! Being able to get Chinese food through a drive-thru would be sooooo wonderful here!! During the opening week it was AMAZING!! Each 5-6 times after that stunk! The item I always wanted (and got during the first week open) was Five Flavor Shrimp. Every single time after the opening I saw a big beautiful picture of it on the drive-thru sign, but when I asked for it, I was told that Five Flavor Shrimp is a seasonal item and they aren't serving it. They ALWAYS seemed so IRRITATED when I dared to order it. They were even hateful in person when they took my money in the drive-thru for another item I settled for. Been through the the drive-thru twice. Both times the employees DO NOT tell you what's in the bag to confirm you have gotten everything. They hand you a stuffed bag and they're done. Not good customer service. First time in drive thru, when we asked for sweet n sour sauce the girl gave us a look, annoyed that we dare ask for something. The second time in drive thru we were asked to pull around the building. It took a looong time. Finally girl comes out, does not repeat our order to confirm we have everything. Sure enough, were missing food! After waiting all that time in the front of the restaurant, we have to now go in to get the rest of the food we paid for. When we went in to get our large item, they asked to see the receipt as if we were trying to scam them? They messed up, they did not confirm we had gotten what we paid for. We had to now walk in, defeating the purpose of the drive thru. And they are going to be suspicious of us... They definitely need to train their employees on customer service and speed. Stop in at Panda Express 8-13-18, on or about 8:25 PM. Went in to purchase something quick to eat and head home. Most items on the line were depleted, or almost depleted. I asked the server behind the line if they were preparing more of the items. Her reply to me was, we close in about 30 minutes and we are not preparing any more items. Her attitude was somewhat take from whats on the line or else, this is how I interpreted her attitude. First, if I'm paying it should be what I want and not what you want me to have. Secondly, this is my second visit to this location and the service and people are terrible. Customer service is non-existence from what I have experienced on both visits to this location. I visited the Panda Express in Atlanta and it has always been top notched in food and service. Was really happy when they built in Clarksville, TN. I can tell you this location will not last long. Service is the cornerstone of any business. Will not try this location again. I encourage anyone who is looking for a excellent Panda Express, don't try this one. read more
