Good food and good service. We typically share a large plate as it fills both me and my husband up. This time we had a coupon for a free small entree so I tried the chili shrimp. The shrimp was good, but not good enough for me to want to pay the upgrade for it if I didn't have a coupon. The rest of the food is always good and flavorful. I don't have to worry about getting something I won't like because it is always hot, fresh, and tasty!

2 entree meal. Entire meal cold, no sweet/sour sauce on premises. Horrible customer service. Last time here.

I love Panda. Unfortunately, they (like most other businesses) are suffering under this Biden economy. Just a month ago, I had decent portions for about $15. The last three times I ordered the "bigger plate", the portions have been off by about a third. It's really too bad that I don't think I'm getting $15 worth, and I'll have to wait until I see the economy prop back up (and hopefully the portion size return).

    Not legible to read.

Both time I want; week apart. Not satisfied. Will not be back at this location. First, portions are SMALL. I got two entree and half rice/noodles. I ask for more; just shut my box. Second was today 11/26. Crab Rangoon were super small. Receipt didn't have enough ink to read survey and get a free item. It took me like 10 mins to figure it out. I want my free food! Ask them to reprint they did. It was worse. Like change the ink. A bunch of young folks work so they don't care and really don't know customer service. Bathrooms could use some extra cleaning. Bare minimum.

I went through the drive-thru tonight. I was really craving some food from Panda Express, which is very popular back home. I ordered the plate which comes with two entrees and 1 side, and a medium sized drink. For the sides, I got half white rice and half mixed veggies, and the veggies were really dry. For the entree, I got walnut shrimp and mushroom chicken, which I loved -no complaints there. The drink? Watered down raspberry iced tea, which bothers me because the server could clearly see that when she was filling up the cup, and yet she served it to me. I drank some on the way home and assumed it might've been unsweetened, but when I took off the top when I came home, it was just watered down.

Our partially filled Panda Express entrees.

The new manager is amazing, what a guy! Our food was late due to orders backing up but he jumped in and had our food ready in 10 minutes.

Today, while in Clarksville, Tennessee on business, I stopped at this location and ordered three scoops of the Flavor of the Day (dark chocolate) through the drive-thru. After paying, I was given a number and asked to pull forward into one of the waiting spaces. I understand that many restaurants now use this system to keep the drive-thru line moving, but in this case it created a problem. I waited approximately 7-10 minutes while multiple vehicles that had arrived before and after me received their orders. When my custard was finally brought out, it was already half melted. Since my entire order was simply three scoops of frozen custard in a dish, it would have made much more sense to bring it out immediately rather than letting it sit while other orders were completed. I had planned to park and eat it anyway, but by the time it reached me, I ate part of it with a spoon and ended up drinking the rest. The custard itself was delicious, which is exactly what I expect from Culver's. My concern is with the process. Food that melts should be served as soon as it is prepared. I don't believe that's an unreasonable expectation. I still enjoy Culver's and will continue to visit, but I hope management will reconsider how frozen desserts are handled when customers are asked to pull forward and wait.

Yep. Monster burgers? Absolutely. Fried everything? You bet. The menu is honestly fantastic. Unfortunately, the execution felt like everyone sampled the product before clocking in. Walked in on a Sunday at lunchtime and the place was emptier than my fridge after a teenage sleepover. Ordered immediately and wandered over to the soda machine. No ice. That's a bold strategy for a restaurant whose entire vibe is "we know you're thirsty." Then the wait began. They said 10 to 15 minutes. They delivered on that promise with the dedication of NASA launching a rover to Mars. Fifteen minutes in an empty restaurant is impressive. Even the DoorDash drivers had that look of, "Bro... I could've grown the potatoes by now." Food finally landed. The burger was actually pretty decent. Fried pickles were solid. The breaded fries wanted to be great, but some were cold and the fryer oil tasted like it had seen every presidential administration this decade. The staff wasn't rude. They also weren't awake enough to be considered enthusiastic. The whole restaurant had the energy of a group project where everyone assumed someone else was doing the work. That's really the story here. Death by a thousand little details. No ice. Slow food. Cold fries. Worn-out fryer oil. Dark dining room. Zero hospitality. Nobody seemed to notice, and that was the biggest disappointment of all. Fat Shack absolutely understands stoner food. What it doesn't understand is that eventually the munchies wear off... and people start noticing the service. I'd probably order it again... through DoorDash... and hope they remember the ice.

Stopping here for supper, first there were the dark bathrooms that wouldn't light. Along with that electrical issue, an ear-splitting and head jarring smoke or other alarm went off every few minutes for about 15 minutes. Order taking was interrupted often when the counter employee shifted to incoming phone calls. That employee didn't know pulled chicken portion sizes in ounces and approximated with his hands. All of this created a dubious dining experience before we even finished ordering! This spot offers a variety of chicken recipes: roasted, BBQ, Caribbean, pulled, fried, and more. Sides includes Southern standards like mac and cheese, yellow rice, greens, coleslaw, and others. The pulled (shredded) chicken was overly seasoned with black pepper. Roasted chicken was a bit dry. The BBQ chicken laden with sweet sauce was the best of the chicken choices. Creamy coleslaw was 'meh' and lacked flavor. Rice, too, was just okay. Northern beans were nicely seasoned and well cooked. Pita triangles seemed an odd accompaniment since no sauce or dip was provided and they were too small to make sandwiches. Overall, the restaurant seemed understaffed, which could account for the messy tables and dirty floor.
