We were craving burritos and tried this place out, and were pleasantly surprised. Staff was VERY friendly and helpful explaining things on the menu. Prices are better than comparative styled shop. The menu had some really weird unique options if you wanna try something fun. The most important part- the food was GOOD. It was a mess, because it was a giant burrito, and I had a great time. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend their shredded chicken. Only downside is that the napkins are so thin and I was covered in sauce by the end of it. read more

This was the first Bubbakoo's Burritos location I've tried and I had no idea how delicious it would be. The employee was super talkative and friendly, greeting me as soon as I stepped in the restaurant. I took my order to-go, but remember the inside having some nice tables to sit at. Fun atmosphere & great food! I will now be frequenting here over Chipotle! Same fresh variety of ingredients except you can choose to make a burrito, taco, quesadillas, etc! Love that they have a great priced meal for college students (with ID)! 90's music & sports videos on the screen like surfing and skateboarding. Reminds me of an eatery in California! Love that Clarksville is getting more healthy eating alternatives! read more

Ok so hear me out. At the time of this review there were 4 other reviews: 2 5-star and 2 1-star. Go ahead and read the reviews - 1 star because they have pepsi instead of coke?! Are you kidding me? I don't think people realize the impact a 1 star review can have on a business which is just starting out. Anyways, on to the review Breakdown: Ambiance/interior: 5 stars, modern and very clean. Great menu/ advertising Staff: 5 stars in terms of being nice, friendly and helpful. 3 stars in terms of distribution of labor. They are all nice young adults but the workflow needs to be improved. 4 people in line with 1 person making the burritos/bowls etc while another employee waited at the register not actively checking anyone out and the other person working the grill not helping. I think this is something they can easily work on Food: fresh. 5star meat, beans, rice, fajita veggies. Great seasoning and flavor. We had the shredded pork but the other meat looked good as well. 2-3 star queso and chips - not a ton of flavor - chips were a bit on the stale side. Taco salad bowl. My wife is from San Antonio and loves Taco Cabana and Cabana bowls. There's not really anywhere else that has Taco salad and she said it was great and on par or better than Taco Cabana. Guac was good as well Overall, a good alternative to chipotle or moes at the very least to change it up. Opportunity with some tweaks as the business grows to get 5 stars across the board. Oh. If I could leave a zero that would be too much. Staff horribly disorganized, out of meat before a dinner rush even starts. Watched food for online orders sit on the line for the entire time I was in there cold as can be and still sent out of the door. Ordered 3 tacos a burrito and queso. Tacos were all cold before even leaving and watched the employee attempt to wrap the burrito three times and tear two tortillas. Each time more and more of the toppings I paid for ended up in the trash. container for queso wasn't closed at all so most of the product ended up in the bag and all over the food. Sorta made this one of my weekly spots to hit. Just sort of worked out being close to where I work and didn't have a car one day and this was in walking distance. First several times everything was really good. Last couple of weeks the chips have been stale. The soda machine wasn't right for a little while. All the drinks tasted off but last I was there that seemed to have been fixed. Hope the chips get fixed soon. They are really good when they are fresh. read more

A couple people in town said this place was decent so I decided to check it out for myself. I ordered the buffalo chicken quesadilla and an order of plain fries. After paying I was asked to answer a couple questions on the screen and then the cashier walked away, not offering a receipt. I sat down at one of the dirty tables and one of the employees brought the quesadilla, stood several feet from the table I sat at, and threw the box down. I waited 15 minutes for the fries and they never came. I was pretty surprised that they forgot to cook them, since I was the only person in line when I ordered. The fries eventually came out and I had to juggle everything out of the restaurant. I was not offered a bag nor did I want to ask by this point, as they were obviously too busy having two patrons in the restaurant. I have been several times and like the food. The staff has always been friendly. My daughter loves that you can put bacon on your tacos. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because several times we have gone in and stood there waiting for someone to help us when no one else is in there. My experience the first time I came into Bubbakoo's was so incredible, I have been back several times already. Not once have I been disappointed. When you walk in you are greeted with a very friendly welcome and then when you order you can see all of the food they are serving you and it looks amazing. There is a blonde lady that has been there every time, I think she is a manager but I'm not sure. She goes out of her way to make sure everyone is happy with their meal.
