On my most recent visit, I placed and paid for a mobile order, checked in, and waited more than 30 minutes while multiple customers who arrived after me received their food. When I finally asked about my order, the employees seemed annoyed that I was asking and eventually told me they couldn't find it. There was no apology, no attempt to remake the order, and seemingly no interest in resolving the problem. I eventually gave up and left without my food. I did receive a refund afterward, so Sonic ultimately corrected the financial side of the issue. But that doesn't change the experience at this location. Mistakes happen. Orders get lost. Restaurants get busy. The problem is how frequently this location seems to struggle with basic service and how poorly issues are handled when customers bring them to the employees' attention. After repeatedly having problems here and seeing so many similar experiences reflected in other reviews, this location clearly needs better management, organization, and customer service.

I received information from the DoorDash driver that he was stuck in traffic. I called Dions and let them know the situation. The manager informed me to place my order again and they would get it sent out right away and refund me for my previous order. I messaged the new driver, letting him know there was traffic and to maybe take a different route. Unfortunately, he did not get the message in time and ended up being stuck in the same traffic and had to do the same thing... cancel my order. I called Dions, not upset with the situation because life happens! I just wanted to make sure that I would get refunded for both orders. The manager was extremely apologetic and told me she was going to send one of her employees to personally deliver my food. I insisted that it was totally fine and she didn't have to do that but she was adamant and said they would be leaving soon! The employee arrived with my food within 15 minutes and she was so kind.
