Unfortunately, this isn't an isolated bad experience at this location. I've had recurring issues here, and looking through other reviews, there seems to be a consistent pattern of customers reporting long waits, missing orders, and poor customer service. On my most recent visit, I placed and paid for a mobile order, checked in, and waited more than 30 minutes while multiple customers who arrived after me received their food. When I finally asked about my order, the employees seemed annoyed that I was asking and eventually told me they couldn't find it. There was no apology, no attempt to remake the order, and seemingly no interest in resolving the problem. I eventually gave up and left without my food. I did receive a refund afterward, so Sonic ultimately corrected the financial side of the issue. But that doesn't change the experience at this location. Mistakes happen. Orders get lost. Restaurants get busy. The problem is how frequently this location seems to struggle with basic service and how poorly issues are handled when customers bring them to the employees' attention. After repeatedly having problems here and seeing so many similar experiences reflected in other reviews, this location clearly needs better management, organization, and customer service. read more

Extremely disappointing experience. We waited an unreasonable amount of time for our order, only to find out the items had been marked as "unavailable" instead of anyone bringing the food out or communicating with us properly. It honestly felt like the order was pushed aside so no one had to walk it out. By the time we finally got anything resolved, the food was cold, the quality was poor, and the whole experience felt careless from start to finish. Fast food does not need to be perfect, but basic communication, warm food, and decent service should be the minimum. This location needs serious attention from management. If items are unavailable, customers should be told right away, not left waiting forever while the food sits or the order gets ignored. After a long day of driving we were starving and stopped by here. As soon as the girl taking our order started talking, she gave us an attitude. I let it slide because i've worked in fast food before I know customers can put your mood down. I'm ordering and not only her tone but the way she's speaking to me is awful. she goes "okay anything else?" "I can't hear you repeat that again" so i'm like okay maybe i'm not talking loud enough. I raise my voice so she can hear me and she says "don't yell at me, there's no reason to yell at me" and I tell her I am simply speaking up because obviously she can't hear me and at that point I start giving her attitude right back at her. Our good comes out and a young man I didn't catch his name I asked if there was a manager on duty and he said he was the manager and I told him the situation. He handled it so well props to him and whoever trained him, he was so nice and understanding. The only thing is that he said she has gotten in trouble a lot for being rude to customers. Worst customer experience of my life, hands down. Took 45 minutes to get my order around 10PM on a Sunday. They had 4 staff members and there was only ONE car ahead of us. Recently stopped in at this location after a long day of fishing with the family. In general this location seems clean and friendly. As a whole company I'm very disappointed. My family does not drink soda and pricing out the meals versus getting the entree and toys separate was basically the same. As I was ordering our dinner I noticed I was being charged extra for the water. I asked if they were doing bottles and they said no. How is it that I am being charged extra for water versus soda! My husband decided to get a Coke and there was no charge. This is absolutely ridiculous to me! And when I asked they made it sound like I was crazy for thinking it's absurd.
