Extremely disappointing experience. We waited an unreasonable amount of time for our order, only to find out the items had been marked as "unavailable" instead of anyone bringing the food out or communicating with us properly. It honestly felt like the order was pushed aside so no one had to walk it out. By the time we finally got anything resolved, the food was cold, the quality was poor, and the whole experience felt careless from start to finish. Fast food does not need to be perfect, but basic communication, warm food, and decent service should be the minimum. This location needs serious attention from management. If items are unavailable, customers should be told right away, not left waiting forever while the food sits or the order gets ignored. I would not recommend this Sonic unless you are okay with wasting time and receiving cold, disappointing food. read more

I am not a huge fan of their milkshakes, however I am a fan of their bacon burger, which I came late at night and got serviced promptly before closing! After a long day of driving we were starving and stopped by here. As soon as the girl taking our order started talking, she gave us an attitude. I let it slide because i've worked in fast food before I know customers can put your mood down. I'm ordering and not only her tone but the way she's speaking to me is awful. she goes "okay anything else?" "I can't hear you repeat that again" so i'm like okay maybe i'm not talking loud enough. I raise my voice so she can hear me and she says "don't yell at me, there's no reason to yell at me" and I tell her I am simply speaking up because obviously she can't hear me and at that point I start giving her attitude right back at her. Our good comes out and a young man I didn't catch his name I asked if there was a manager on duty and he said he was the manager and I told him the situation. He handled it so well props to him and whoever trained him, he was so nice and understanding. The only thing is that he said she has gotten in trouble a lot for being rude to customers. I waited 6 mins just for them to ask for my order. I ordered 1 small chocolate shake and it took nearly 15 mins to get it. Worst customer experience of my life, hands down. Took 45 minutes to get my order around 10PM on a Sunday. They had 4 staff members and there was only ONE car ahead of us. They messed up their order, they gave them OUR order by mistake. Then we had to wait while they made our order. You'd think nothing else could go wrong but then you'd be wrong. Recently stopped in at this location after a long day of fishing with the family. In general this location seems clean and friendly. As a whole company I'm very disappointed. My family does not drink soda and pricing out the meals versus getting the entree and toys separate was basically the same. As I was ordering our dinner I noticed I was being charged extra for the water. I asked if they were doing bottles and they said no. How is it that I am being charged extra for water versus soda! My husband decided to get a Coke and there was no charge. This is absolutely ridiculous to me! And when I asked they made it sound like I was crazy for thinking it's absurd. I'm disabled and confined to a wheelchair and it's really hard for me to eat in the car but we couldn't eat there because there wasn't 1 table that was wheelchair accessible. I've always been a fan of Sonic Drive In restaurants. Their food has always been up to par and their drinks to die for. However after a recent visit, it is highly unlikely that I will ever give this Sonic my business again. I pulled up to the drive in and after giving my order there was a long silent pause. I simply asked, hello? only to be responded to with, "You need to hold on, I am getting change, talking to a customer and printing a receipt" then he repeated my order to me, getting it wrong. When I corrected him, and completed my order, which was only a total of two drinks, the employee was still very angry, and at this point I was angry too. I asked to speak to his manager to which he replied that the manager was himself. I then asked for his name to which he replied Logan.
